We are currently reclaiming all orgs.

Org lending has forever been an contentious issue for me.

IN truth this game fails dictators and CP in the way this is handled.

FOR ONE IF I WHERE PLATO:

ROLES

Severeal roles are assigned to players in our political page : The most prominent being

: Minister of Community - MOC
: Minister of Finance - MOF
: Minister of Defense - MOD
: Minister of Foreign Affairs - MOFA
: Vice President - VP
: Country President - CP
: Dictator - DicT

CP/Dictator comes from elections or MTO'S OR MU change

But the important thing in our governments there is roles.

Secondly, in our governments there are orgs and furthermore these orgs have a nationality. So they can be queried and those belonging to a nation can be returned in a datagrid(what you would call a table)

Remember they have 2 attributes that can be pulled in a query :NATIONALITY & PERSON_TYPE

You will see if you hover over a org what I am talking about but lets show you anyway.

Furthermore both org and player have the same nationality Ireland the org is clearly shown as an organization.

So therefore the building blocks is already there . All we need is a table to populate all the orgs of a country we can put this on a new page orgs where the CP/Dictator can also access the orgs.

REVOLUTIONARY!

In this table the CP dictator can assign more than one person access to the org. For lending purposes we will assume we can browse as well for a user. This table can have 4 further columns : Money in org : Gold in org : Money on MM /Gold on MM

For convenience the user either assigned or CP /Dictator can access the org from his organization page from his main account.

SECURITY CONCERNS:

None we are not giving access we cannot anyway reclaim or change , are we.

The complete and utter schlep to access orgs from a different browser will dissapear.

The complete and utter schlep to safeguard an org will dissapear as the CP/Dictator can just remove a person from an org in case of emergency.

The complete and utter schlep of resetting orgs This happens if the previous dictator simply did not pass the baton as with Sluagh 😠

LENDING

This is a very contentious issue. Whenever a new CP /dictator is placed in charge there is always the claim that this or that org was lend(nobody not even rusty can own a state org and that money in that org belongs to somebody else

We have orgs under control of foreign nations,under control of old citizens.

It not only jeopardize our own funds but those of the lender.

If no information is passed between governments which ofter happens with warring factions: We may have an org that is lended to another country.

Whom is lending it? dont know

For what amount are they lending it? dont know

How much did they pay and to whom ? dont know

Does the money belong to them? Dont know

Anyone can claim its his. Sluagh quit and Trito apparently was never given any info on orgs.

I am not the lost and found of Ireland. I am the dictator. I cannot spend my whole term sorting out information that should have been handed to me at the start of my term along with all of the org names and their ID code their login emails and passwords. And info about lenders. Sluagh knows I am retaking orgs why did he not provide me with the info. Sorry friends but this is utter and complete [insert word for explicit because this is the disney forum)

The mentioned names was Sweet Drinker . Sweet was notified yet did not hand me the names and org login details of the orgs he was lending. Stop being [explicit] and tokenizing players not in your inner circle. Really that is very pathetic of you. but sweet cleared his org/s(what orgs we dont know)

So how will I address this:

1. Everyone will have an organzation page but the dictator or cp's might look a bit different.

To the top of page a table will be place😛

Titled 😮rgs user have access to:

If your role was assigned with an org . You will have access to it.

Name|Money|Gold|MM-Money|MM-Gold will be featured columns and the last would be a link that takes you to a new window and opens the org there. In modern programs a form can be opened in the same program 4 to 5 times or more. I need not create 50 forms I need only 1.

Below That would be usual country combobox that can take you to different countries defaulting in your own country.

Orgs for lend will be displayed if a country wants to loan out orgs with a set term in days and a global price. The player can then lend an org for the price at the term.

ie Extra income for the country.

Ok on the dictator org page things look a bit different. He has access to all orgs but lended out orgs which is disabled ie greyed out but still visible.

Info can be just shown with a - between them for example 200 -20000 -100 -45000 would mean the org has 200 gold in it 20000 cc in it 100 gold on the MM and 45000 cc on the MM. There is an assigned players column with up to 5 players assigned access or assigned per role otherwise for example MOF, Sweet Drinker, Rusty D, WHS , LadySilver . Ok if its lended out there is NAME ORG :No Financial info : Days Remaining : Budget Remaining . With a cancel button

So a new dicator/CP can at any time cancel a lending agreement. However the budget avaailable is the days available * global fee/ term in days For example if we have a global of 100 days at 10000 then 50 days in amount left would be

50 x 10000/100 = 5000

if the dictator cancel all gold is immediately cashed at the lowest offer on the MM and all money in the org is transferred to the main account of player.

When the players lend an org all money is cashed and transferred to the dictator/cp beforehand.

So the lender cannot have state money and the state never can have lender money.

Daily the country will recieve from the orgs lended out an amount equal to 1 x Global Fee/term in the above example 100 cc at the start of the day


HOW ORGS IMPACT NATIONS

At this moment I have access to one org but the previous Mod KATTIAA has as well. No ministers indicated to me to what orgs they have access to : previous ministers may still have access to orgs. I can remember that the MOD org had that same details when I was MOD in the term of WHS. I cannot remove money out of the treasury. My MOF cannot do anything as he claims he has no access to any org to me. The whole situation with orgs is a complete and utter mess. MOF cant work.

MODERATORS

I have spoken to Gucio now Moderation for gold members is handled by community officers whom work for Plato they have set working hours 9 to 6 a day. i did receive some help and will receive a list of orgs soon.
