Health, food and productivity? What are these things people sometimes talk about, and how can they effect you.
Let’s start with health. You see that thing with this picture? → Well the number next to it has your health out of 100. Your health will decrease when you work, train and fight in wars. It also drops at day change and may drop when moving country. If your health falls below 10 you cannot work, below 5 you cannot work and below 20 you cannot fight in wars. If your health his 0 you are dead. 🙁

Now you might be wondering about how you can get your health up. You eat food! Food comes in 5 forms, each heal a different amount when eaten. Q1 (quality 1) heals 2, Q2 heals 4, Q3 heals 6 and so on up to Q5. Houses also heal you at day change, so they may remove your need for food.

Food-Q1 through to Q5

Productivity is a strange formula that determines how much you produce at work. Health is a factor of this formula and so is your skill level. So by having low health and a low level means you won’t be very productive, but even with a low level you can be more productive if you have high health. Productivity is also the number that adds onto your skill experience, so the higher your health the faster you will go up levels, and that means more money!

Working with low health. You may have been fired in the past without being told why, or the General Manager may have told you that your productivity or health is too low. To prevent this form happening keep your health high, if you can above 95. Make sure you work before you train too since your health does not affect your training. Save your monies, don’t buy weapons if you need food. Be careful when fighting, each time you hit a person you loose 10 health, that’s 5 Q1 foods.

Tips for an eAussie Baby

As a new eAussie Baby, we recommend you do the following to ensure that your health stays up or goes up:
-Work in Q1 Companies (1 star) as you will use less health working
-Eat every day, preferably before work
-As your skill goes up ask your manager for a pay rise or find a better paying job
-Stock up on food, there may be a shortage of affordable food. Remember the higher quality foods heal more so you can hold more health.
-Try not to waste food, if you have 98 health eat a Q1 food instead of Q2 or higher. (You may have to rearrange your inventory)
-Work for 30 days straight, by the end of the month you will get a medal and a treasure map (gold)
-If you have questions or need assistance ask your manager, friends or one of the education ministers
