Beste Leden van Democratisch Nederland,

Helaas zijn er deze tijden een hoop spanningen in het politieke landschap. Het gaat niet zo zeer om het verschil in inzicht, maar wel om de verharding in het debat.

Dit heeft er ook al voor gezorgd dat enkele belangrijke politici van Democratisch Nederland zijn gestopt of zelfs geëmigreerd. Ondanks dat Democratisch Nederland de grootste partij is binnen eNederland en binnen het Congres, is het nog niet gelukt de rust terug te brengen in de politiek.

Bovenstaande heeft mij doen besluiten mijzelf verkiesbaar te stellen voor het Partij Presidentschap op basis van onderstaande punten:

Rust & Respect
Communicatie & Informatievoorziening

Rust & Respect

Belangrijk is het dat Democratisch Nederland Rust en Respect uitstraalt. Daarmee denk ik vooral aan de toon in het debat. Helaas is het wel eens het geval dat iemand zich mee laat slepen in de toon van het debat. Belangrijk is dat overal rustig en respectvol op gereageerd wordt. Ik wil onze leden dringend vragen dit advies over te nemen, ook al weet ik dat het vaak lastig zal zijn.

Helaas zijn er zoals overal wel eens moeilijkheden. Belangrijk is het dan om zo snel mogelijk actie op te ondernemen. Dit zorgt er vaak voor dat het niet uit de hand zal lopen. Hiervoor wil ik een wekelijks spreekuur op IRC openen. De Partij President moet aanspreekpunt zijn voor alle partij gerelateerde problemen.

Ook zijn er leden om verschillende redenen naar het buitenland vertrokken. Ik wil graag met deze ex-leden in gesprek gaan, om te toetsen of er een mogelijkheid is om terug te komen. Het is juist zeer belangrijk dat in moeilijke tijden, je blijft inzetten voor je land! We hebben alle hulp nodig die we kunnen krijgen om deze moeilijke tijd door te komen.

Communicatie & Informatievoorziening

Communicatie en Informatievoorziening naar leden is op dit moment onvoldoende. Om een eerste stap te zetten naar verbetering wil ik twee keer per maand een nieuwsbrief versturen, met daarin bijvoorbeeld de belangrijkste zaken die de partij voor elkaar heeft gekregen in het Congres. Maar bijvoorbeeld ook aankondigingen voor de verschillende verkiezingen.

Daarnaast moeten er een aantal standaard communicaties ontwikkeld worden, die elke maand gebruikt kunnen worden. Denk hieraan bijvoorbeeld aan een standaard communicatie aan nieuwe Congresleden. Zowel voor als na de verkiezingen, zodat de verplichtingen als Congreslid duidelijk zijn.

Om leden meer te betrekken in de partij, wil ik nieuwe leden ingame aanschrijven met informatie over het forum en over IRC. Hoe meer leden actief mee doen met discussies, des te beter is het voor de partij.

De partij Wiki moet worden voorzien van een update. Het meest actuele partij programma en een overzicht van de leden die namens Democratisch Nederland in het Congres zitten zal moeten worden toegevoegd.

Als er vragen bestaan over dit programma, hoor ik deze graag.

Dear Members of Democratisch Nederland,

Unfortunately these days are tense in the politics of the eNetherlands. Not about the different perception about things, but about the hardening in debate. This was one of the reasons, why some important politicians left Democratisch Nederland or even left the country. Despite we are the largest political party of eNetherlands and in Congress, we weren't able to turn the tide.

This made me run for Party President based on the points below:

Peace & Respect
Communication & Information Provisioning

Peace & Respect

It's important for Democratisch Nederland to practice Peace and Respect. Mostly this is needed for the tone of debate. It's important to react peacefully and with respect, also if the opponent uses a different tone. I really want to ask our members to try this.

Of course difficulties are everywhere. Important is it to react as soon as possible. For that I want to organize a weekly consultation on IRC for everyone who encounters problems with someone or with the party. The Party President should be first contact for all party related problems.

For different reasons members left the eNetherlands. I want to contact this ex-members, to investigate if there is a possibility they can return. It's key in hard times, to show dedication for your country! We need all the help we can get.

Communication & Information Provisioning

Communication & Information Provisioning to our members is unsufficient at the moment. To make a first step to improve, I want to write an article twice a month. In this article, we should include the achievements we made possible in Congress and to inform our members about the different ellections.

Besides that, we should create some default communication texts, that can be used every month. E.G. Default letter to Congress Candidates and for new Congress Members. So they are aware of the obligations the jobs brings.

To involve more people in the party, I want to send new members a ingame message, with information about the Forum and IRC. How many active members we've got, the better.

The Wiki page of our Party needs updating. It should include the most actual Party Program and an overview with all Congress Members of Democratisch Nederland.
