~Declaration of War~

Dear fellow citizens,

As you know our planned union with Germany requires a declaration of war, either by Germany or by Austria. Our original plan was for Austria to declare war on Germany since it is cheaper. In addition, this would provide training opportunities to the Hungarian army on account of their MPP with Germany. As you also know, this plan was foiled by lack of Silent Bob's approval.

Well, he has had a change of heart, and this is why I now propose to declare war on Germany. Congressmen and Congresswomen: please vote in favor of this motion. We know there are some people in Congress who desperately wish to maintain Austria's independence. Anyone with a brain knows this is not a realistic option. So please do vote, every vote counts.

Silent Bob: thank you for supporting us. My public comments about you have not been very favorable recently, and I'm sure you did not exactly appreciate this. But politics is politics. Let's put the past behind us.
