America needs you. Every kongressional election, we face the threat of Servs, bots, Serv bots, and Benn Dover making it into the innards of America and spreading their taint around. We need you to stop this.

To prevent these things from happening, it's fairly simple.

1.) Sign up to be a blocker/candidate for kongress using this sheet.
2.) Wait to be PM'ed where to move
3.) Move to your assigned state
4.) Fellate self till the 25th

But of course, no kongress season is complete without snipers. A sniper is someone who is either an insomniac or just loves his country and stays up till ~23:30 eRep time and still have their vote. The sniper will then move to a state and vote in a candidate. Of course, text cannot describe the process since it usually has much more excitement to it since IRC is heavily involved (i.e. the only thing involved).

What is IRC you may ask? IRC stands for Internet Relay Chat and picture like an instant messenger but ~fifty different people involved in the same conversation.
