[Cuba] Sentimos haber fracasado, Peru. / We regret to have failed, Peru [ES/EN]

Desde el Gobierno de Cuba nos lamentamos profundamente el incumplimiento del Tratado acordado con Perú y previamente aprobado por el Congreso de Cuba; al no poder defender la Región de Oriente en la RW.

Por desgracia, pese a nuestros esfuerzos en mantener la región de Oriente para Perú, no pudimos evitar que la región sea liberada, pese a la realización de diversos avisos y comunicados a todas las Milicias de Cuba y el aviso constante al Congreso y a los Presidentes de los diversos Partidos Políticos de Cuba.

Se luchó fieramente por Perú para intentar cumplir el Tratado Cuba-Perú; pero pese a ello no se pudo ganar la batalla y hacer el Tratado ya mentado prevalecer. Esto es algo que Cuba lamenta, el hecho de no haber podido cumplir con su palabra.

Tenemos el conocimiento que hubo algunos ciudadanos de Cuba, e incluso Congresistas de nuestro país, que pese a ser un tratado con un país aliado, y aprobado por el Congreso y el Gobierno de Cuba; decidieron hacer llamamientos multitudinarios con el fin de liberar la región y romper dicho Tratado.

Desde el Gobierno de Cuba censuramos dichos actos que van en contra de lo elegido por el Pueblo de Cuba y el Congreso votado democráticamente. Cuba es un país que ha de ser consecuente con sus actos y promesas; un país no debe de tener estas divisiones internas en cosas que han sido aprobadas por los ciudadanos de Cuba.

Así que desde el Gobierno de Cuba, en nombre del país; pedimos disculpas por los actos de unos pocos que mancharon el honor y la palabra de Cuba ante los aliados a nivel internacional.

From the Government of Cuba we are very sorry for the breach of the Agreement with Peru and previously approved by the eCuban Congress; for not being able to defend the region of Oriente in the W.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts in maintaining the region of Oriente for Peru, we could not avoid liberating the region, despite the realization of several advices and communication to all the militias of Cuba and the constant advice to the Congress and the Presidents of the different Political Parties of Cuba.

We fought fiercely for Peru to try to accomplish the Agreement Cuba-Peru; but nevertheless we could not win the battle and make the mentioned agreement prevail. This is something that Cuba regrets, the fact of not being able of fulfill our agreement.

We know that some Cuban citizens, and even Congressmen, who despite of having an agreement with an ally country, and approved by the Congress and the Government of Cuba; decided to make massive calls to liberate the region and break the pact.

From the Government of Cuba we censor this acts which goes against what has been elected by Cuban population and the Congress, something which was democratically elected. Cuba is a country which must be consequent with its acts and promises; a country must not have these internal divisions in things that have been previously approved by Cuban citizens.

So from the Government of Cuba, in the name of the country; we apologize for some people acts which dirtied the honor and the speech of Cuba in front of our allies in an international level.
