[CSD] A fresh start.

Dear friends,
As you know, I came back to my homeland, Czech Republic. It is absolutely thrilling to see our country get its regions back after a long occupation. The struggle was long and the regions were taken back after a hard fight. But now we finally have our country in our own hands.

During occupation, I traveled the world. I met many amazing people and got to see how other countries were doing things. The eWorld is vast. It's big. It's noisy. There are people who want fame and glory, and there are people who want to help their community and make it prosper. During my time abroad, I met important people whom I saw reforming their countries, being involved in their communities and making their country better. I gained experience because I got to enact policies and make changes myself, serving as a congresswoman and a government minister in Pakistan and the UK. I saw good things being done, but also mistakes which should not be done again.



And now, I am here. In my homeland, to present to you a different way of doing things and a different way of governing. I didn't come back to search power - I came back to help the nation and be an active part of the community.

That is why I am saying - Czech Republic needs change. It needs a fresh start. A clean slate. We may have our regions back, but there is no space for complacency. We need to work even harder to deliver change that our country needs because that will help us in the long run. Czech Republic has been inactive for long enough. It's time to give this country a breath of fresh air. That is why I want to start anew. Start fresh. And that is why I, together with John_White, have decided to create a new political movement, clear of previous political games. We decided to do it because we believe our country can do so much better.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present you a new party in Czech politics - Czech Social Democrats.


Why Social Democrats, you might ask. The country has long had no leftist parties which would challenge the government on policy and in politics. Social democracy is also one of the reasons we can enjoy a somewhat good life IRL and we want to transfer that success to the game.

I can promise you - this party will be totally different from everything you've seen in Czech politics. We will have competitions, donations to new players and we will challenge old views and old practices. We are here to help our dear country and make it prosper. We will fight for welfare state - helping players stay in the game and make it more interesting. We will be the most active party you've seen.
We are asking you to challenge everything you've seen so far and question it. We're asking you to be a rebel, to think by yourself. We're asking you to help us in delivering the change our country needs.

We're getting ready for Congressional elections and the fight for seats starts right here, right now. Soon, we will be publishing a detailed list of our policies and our views.

I want to thank John_White once again for joining me and wanting to help the country.

Friends and supporters, we are ready. We're ready to start fresh. But we will never end in our struggle for a better and fairer society.
