After all the attempts my practically non-existent Photoshop skills have completely failed to produce a new, or more specifically, a better banner than the one above.
So that is one battle lost...damn you banner DAMN YOU
/me shakes his fist at the CP Banner

Anywho

My fellow eCanadians,

I write to you today, one last time as your President, to thank you.

In this past month I have experienced many new things that I was unaware this game really had to offer.

I'd like to thank everyone who made this month so great.

Firstly, to my supporters and friends who believes in it since the beginning.

To my Cabinet, who, regardless of countless internal debate, was actually pretty damned productive (Who'da thunk it right?).

To Congress, who after much debate, finally voted on and agreed to many significant changes in our nation.

To our friends and allies elsewhere in the eWorld, both old and new, for being there for us in our Campaigns, and for helping us when we needed it.

Lastly, to you eCanada, for having faith in my term and joining me on this wild ride.

I'll start off this next section by highlighting the failures of my Executive, and/or where improvement was sorely needed.

Communication:
I'll be the first to admit that I was too quiet to the public this term, for that I'm sorry. Regardless of the countless hours spent behind closed doors, in Congress forums, or on IRC a CP must find time to address the public.

I would also like to apologize for not being around when Spain and Poland were at our door, RL crept up on me and distracted me in our time of need and I am sorry for that.

Wipe:
After our soiree with the Brits across the Pond, and as many of you know, SPoland came knocking on eUK's behalf and with their combined might managed to wipe us. This has cost some of our businesses money, some of our MU's less efficient Slave-Pits, and a number of other issues. We knew it would happen, but still.

As for the successes of the term, there were quite a few to say the least.

War:
Besides the wipe, and up until the wipe, the war was going schwimmingly and I am proud to say that eCanada, though smaller in population, managed to conquer and hold for quite a while almost half of the eUK's original regions.

Regardless of the wipe, eCanada still managed to maintain it's regions just long enough to ensure we were able to have another Congress this term, and a full 40 members at that.

Canadian Military Academy:
Regardless of the mixed feelings towards it's Commander/Founder and the conversations that ensued, I am glad to say that the CMA has been successful in training a decent number of eCanada's newest players into fine Soldiers.

Also, with the help of Code-Y, we were able to provide those new players high-salary jobs that not only provided them with income, but also provided eCanada with more tanks and supplies to continue the cause as possible.

New Allies:
Throughout the term, and with the collapse of TWO, eCanada has been scouting the field trying to find it's place in the Post-TWO world.

It was after however many countless hours of IRC discussions, innumerable meetings with every country you can imagine and intense internal debate that eCanada had decided on it's place.

eCanada, stepped forward, in a new direction this term. With some of our closest allies among us, eCanada signed MPPs with Serbia, Slovenia, and now Romania in massive step to join the Pro-Serbian Bloc.

We are happy with this decision so far, and will see it through until such a time as is deemed enough by both sides of this deal.

With our Commonwealth allies at our side, we ride forth into a new dawn in the Age of Alliances, with unlikely new friends, and some bitter rivals eCanada finds itself fighting along old enemies, and fighting against, in some cases, old allies.

Regardless, eCanada stands by it's decision and looks forward to the future.

"Promises Kept":
Taxes: Taxes remained the same my entire team. This was until Congress decided it was in eCanada's best interest to change them due to the impending wipe. On their math and call I stood by this decision and eCanada is, so far, better off for it. Check.

Foreign Affairs: As stated prior, countless meetings, many talks, new allies. Check.

New Player Retention: With the CMA up and running I look forward to see if these new players stick around given these opportunities in the New World. Time will tell. Check, for now.

Internal Affairs: Hate articles? meh, not many, but overall Congress is operating smoothly, we are on a new path as a nation and this war has united us all together. So, Check, I suppose.

French Integration: Almost all of my articles have been successfully translated, and if my Translator is up for one more, this one will be to. Check.

War: So much fun, so much Gold spent and made. Had fun. I'd give it a check.

Therefore, it is without further ado, that I now sign off eCanada. Thank you again for this opportunity, and I look forward to pursuing it again in the future.

Highest Regards,

I-Bleed-Blue-93
Your Country President.
