Hello dear Swiss citizens,
In this article I will bring an update on the first week of work in the presidency and bring a public discussion for all citizens of our country on the SNA.
The week of the government was based on discussions of some ministries for future projects and the "How to raise an empire" event. The Swiss had at their disposal four battles to finish more easily our missions, all properly coordinated so as not to disrupt the smooth progress of the Swiss economy and diplomacy. You will soon see the emergence of new government programs and weekly reports from ministries.
It is also important to remember that today are the elections for the new HQ of Root. If you are active and speaks english knowledgeable, the government will evaluate you to know if you are really ready for the position and then propose you. If you think you are not ready we can assist you to apply for international positions in the upcoming months. Therefore we recommend that you read the charter of Root and send me a PM for more information. The Government will give our best to open more opportunities for you, Swiss citizen, and make our people even more competitive in the international market.
Now, let's discuss a very important issue that is the target of criticism, compliments and suggestions, the communes of SNA. The government decided to bring the discussion for the entire population for hear the opinion of each Swiss citizen about it, so we will make decisions based on thinking of the population and also collect ideas to design a project.
In May this year, Dan/naD Wilshire requested financial help from the government to build the communes of SNA. With the money sent by him to the accounts of the SNA, the government sent gold to Dan for 1 week, however the new Congress rejected funding the communes with national money and then the discussions were frozen and a Q6 commune was created with the few portion invested.
The discussion surfaced again with the new Congress and Dan's citizenship in Switzerland. He showed me a cheaper proposal that does not involve much money as months ago. The government wants to know: How much gold you agree to invest in the SNA Communes?
A. Maximum 100 Golds
B. Maximum 300 Golds
C. Maximum 500 Golds
D. Maximum 1000 Golds
E. More than 1000 Golds
After answering this question in the comments of this article, give your opinion and ask before criticizing. This is one of the few times that we bring the discussion to public in an article, please be polite and make this a civilized and constructive discussion and not a political fight or personal hatred. (Remember, this is not a referendum, we are just collecting the opinion of the people to make the SNA Commune project)

My personal opinion.
😎 This is our national army and we should invest in SNA. The national army is very important for all countries, here is where new citizens can look for advice and join the governamental programs to don't join private groups immediately. Communes are also important to make the MU even more attractive and stable, there are citizens in SNA who need help and we should not ignore them. We can't just give them tanks and food with national money because our income is not even enough to renew the MPPs, we depend of the game events to get money. We should create our companies and make money from here and then supply our people, auto-sufficient. However I think we should not spend much money because we don't know how the new commune (Q7) will performace. I trust Dan to manage the communes if he send weekly screenshots of the companies and the employes.

I want it to cater to noobs.
I want the noobs to get supplies.
I want the noobs to get training and mentoring [/b}.
I want the army that exists now to work because it already exists.
I want the government (that means all of you) to make it work.
right now, members of the SNA do NOT need Q7 weapons.
We don't have to spend the whole amount at one time. The next time eRep has a discount offer for increasing companies, let's increase it to Q5 weapons and see how that goes.
Q3 or 4 food is good enough for right now.
After noobs have been trained, they can choose to stay at SNA or move on to another swiss MU.
Just because we produce Q7 weapons does not mean that that is what's supplied. The Q7 weapons can be sold, and the cc we generate can be used to provide food, lower Q weapons and CC to noobs. When the Q6 company could provide above market wage, first off food and Q6 weapons was provided, then the worker requested just cc, so that was provided. Q7 company provides the greatest income for the players it is trying to help.

You promised us a report, not a long speech.
In it's first month, the SNA provided food to 20 players. After I left the SNA has been under control of Kaad, LucasFTM, Sheldon etc, every CP that has followed. From what I know, the SNA helps people on request currently, if a player asks for food in the feed, Lucas will send them food.
Each proposal offers a different income level. Due to the increase in world wages as a result of housing companies, the Q6 company can no longer provide a wage above the market wage. This is why the base amount requested in a Q7 company. which we are 100g away from. At Q7 we can once again provide an above market wage for any player interested in working in the commune.
Each increase in the amount of funding will result in more players being provided for.
A provides for 3/4 workers
B provides for 5/6
C provides for 7/8
D provides for 10/12
E provides for 12+
This is the minimum amount that it could provide for. The closer to market wage we offer, the more people we can provide for.
However if older players work in the commune on 1cc and do not request supplies, we can D provide for the whole nation. Not to the same level as if they worked for the commune, but taking into account the wage they earn outside of the commune (40cc currently) we could provide 10cc, 50cc, 80cc etc. to players to help. But this would take 10 players willing to earn nothing for the result of helping players out.

What report are you looking for?
I'm always against investing state money on private profile, because experience learnt me that in perspective that will just generate discord in community.
But if project is already started, like it is, than is better to finish it.
For me better way to help new players is to give them loans for traning ground upgrade or something like that.
We all know that Switzerland doesnt have much new citizens. There is always about 5 new citizens, and after they grown up, new 5 come. I think wasting money on Q7 companies is too much for our country and it's not necessary for small number of new citizens. I suggest country help them by some programs of dealing food and tanks. Also I think we should create Baby fond where older citizens should donate some money,food or weapons and later that stuff will be shared to babies. As Minister of Population I would take responsibility of this project if president agree. So I will vote for A) option.
Having a commune provides an assured income. When the country is off the map and not receiving much in tax the commune will still provide an income for the country. Unlike just spending the money on food and tanks, spending it on a company that produces them means that
a) there will be a return on the investment
b) it allows the project to run forever, not just when we have supplies available or not.

Yes, the money is used for helping out noobs in the Switzerland community. I don't think spending that much money on just communes for SNA will be helpful.
Some citizens of swiss go to the Swiss Guard MU, which doesn't allow them the choice of working in a commune and receiving tanks.
I see much more spending than saving to be honest. Personal opinion, but not sure if it will come to matter.
It is called the SNA commune because when it was started the SNA had 20 active fighters. But now that is not the case, it can become available to anyone with Swiss citizenship. It's only still called the SNA commune because we have never changed the name of it.

1. Still Dan. With you moving to Switzerland, amount of q6 or q7 tanks made daily drops because of the amount of regions Switzerland holds.
2. Instead of spending so much money on trying to get the company to buy food for Swiss, many members in Swiss along with myself can donate food to swiss free of charge which would reduce the spending. Swiss prospers more.
3. I don't think swiss citizens receive all the q7 tanks made in the companies. Especially with giving them such a high wage. Commune's are run on low wages so that a great amount of tanks can be given to the citizen.
4. Through the money you calculated, a lot of that money is going mainly into citizens wage. With that problem, donations/money would have to continue being given to you in the future. Meaning swiss will still spend another 100 or more gold.
I end my case with this. Trust me Dan, I've worked out every possible angle on trying to build a commune when in swiss, there are problems. If the tax received from Swiss was more, than I would say do it. But most of Swiss money is spent on MPPs which cost a lot.
With Rican and Mungo's comments, they suggest helping out newer members which I entirely agree on. But swiss can receive donations from richer members in this game to fund it. I personallh would donate all my food I receive daily for that project to stay.
1) I won't be in Swiss when the commune is built, I will be in some 100% weapons bonus country. I am only back to fight in congress for the funding.
2) That is unsustainable, it also doesn't deal with the problem of low tax income which is less than 1 MPP a month.
3) I think you misunderstand the wage thing. Players can be paid in anyway they want to the value of what they produce while working in the commune. Or in my comment to DoDrew, players like you can work in the commune and not receive anything. All that is produced could be given to noobs so they get commune supplies + the wage wherever else they work.

Why couldn't both programs be run? The commune alongside rich players supporting a food and weapons supply system? A commune in a 100% weapons bonus county could produce 30,000cc+ a month (upper end being 51,000cc). Swiss tax income in 9,000cc a month.
Having 2,500gold in the current account's means it's going to slowly be chipped away. Investing some of it will mean in the long run, Swiss will have more than they started with.

Hi all. I am new in this community. I ran a french mu based on weekly supplies, and i came in switzerland to do the same. I can spend around 10k cc monthly based on my income. We need the commune because it can help us to gain money, we just waste but we never try to invest that money in new ways to get more, the commune can be used to generate income. We can't stay doing the same, we just wait until some tournament and we waste more than we really won in one of these, just do the maths, some of you wasted more gold than the whole country gain for the participation, I believe the SNA can be used like one of our ways to gain the money
If we can establish a profitable commune we can use the income to help the new citizens, daily supplies and why not with time the training upgrades to our loyal fighters , you guys are just discussing about the control of the commune, his manager and we denied the main idea: improve the economy.
