[CP] - Treaty of the War of the Beers - Day 1589

Greetings fellow eBelgians,
Today the President of eNetherlands and I reached an agreement to end the current conflict.
As part of the agreement, both sides agree:
1) To end the conflict as speedily as possible, eNL will win the current MPP battle and gain the initiative. eNL with then win the battles of the three home eBelgian territories to close the war.
2) eBelgium will then RW its territories leaving both sides with their native provinces.
3) Neither side will NE or declare war on the other country until at least the day after the next presidential elections.
4) Both sides agree that each country's beers are equally superior.
After the next CP elections, the new CPs can decide if they wish to negotiate a lasting peace or renew the conflict.
I hope that by ending this conflict quickly, we can work to reestablish friendly relations between eBelgium and eNetherlands. I also hope that this conflict has not strained or damaged each country's relations with their respective allies.

I don't agree to let the eNL'rs continue to live by thinking that their beer could reach our beer's quality !!! You can clearly read from our CP's article that he was forced to drink disgusting eNL beer, making him loose any common sense. Impeach him and destroy the eNL breweries !!!

exclude Heineken from the equation, even most Dutchies would agree that that beer is horrible and can't compare with any Belgian beer.

wait, so we hold the majority of the regions and yet we are still going to let them conquer our regions to end the war? why not the other way around and let them RW their own regions? maybe it's just me but it seems like we are at the short end of the stick yet again

Yes, the beers are equal. One remark that makes it clear. We should compare the equal beers. So lets compare the Grolsch pilsner with Jupiler pilsner and The La Trappe dubbel with Westmalle dubbel for example. Then we can agree that the are equal in quality. Tastes differ and my personal taste is one that doesn't include pilsner style beers. And Belgium has more choice then. For my taste there are thus more Belgian beers that match then Dutch. But the ones I like from Holland definitely match the Belgian quality. As always there are exceptions; For example; Belgian brewers, except La Chouffe (the only one I know of) don't have "Bo(c)k" beer. So, for that type of beer I have to stay in Holland.
Conclusion; they are equal and both countries have, in some qualities, the upper hand...
Thanks for ending the conflict that was never mend to be a conflict. Most part of it was fun.

Nobody likes Heineken. Just americans I guess. Anyway, it has been a good war. I particularly liked the extra production! Hope we can do this again some time.

I find that, in a way, this treaty is better for us -> we'll get to have 30 extra Resistance Hero Medals -> 150 Gold for Belgian Citizens (hopefuly)... Not that bad.
