[CP] Second Presidential Address

Greetings fellow eCanadians,

I wanted to give you a little update on current situation, and what happened in the past 5 days of my term. I've promised transparency, and that's what you're gonna get.

Currently our maritime regions are still occupied by Albania, a mighty foe who's currently conquering our allies, France and Sweden. Me and my cabinet are giving our best and we're working hard to achieve our primary goal, we're in contact with our allies, and developing the right strategy to adress this issue.

We've come to a concusion that a direct conflict with them would almost certainly result in our wipe, so we have to stay smart and careful,and patiently await our chance. I'm also considering some options for starting a TW, so we could ensure TP money while we're working on our liberation, a process that could take a bit longer than we initially thought.

My team has also discussed renewal of our MPP stack, our MPP with France was expiring so we've decided to renew it as you probably already know. The next MPP that's expiring soon is with Netherlands and we won't renew it immediately most probably due to shortage of funds in our budget. The next MPP that we're planning to renew is with Serbia, which is expiring in 4 days.

Yesterday was an alliance meeting which i attended, where we discussed strategy and shared our plans and views on current situation. It was also an election,so i must inform you that with unaniumous decision, Xichael got elected for new Alliance leader. He's going to include 2 members of my cabinet in his new team most probably, so it's safe to say that Canada is going to be the leader of Orion. The cooperation between our country and the alliance is on the highest level, despite the fact that i don't have so great personal relations with Xichael, but i'm a reasonable person and i'm willing to work with everyone for the sake of our country.

Having said that, i've created a thread with active people on important positions within our community, and folks who were willing to give their contribution for our cause, who were already on my friends list. The purpose of that thread is sharing ideas and discussing important things. If you're not part of that thread i apologize, it's impossible to put every active citizen in one thread, which is why i'm planning to keep the rest of you up to date through my articles.

I'd like to take this opportunity to ask again, if there's anyone who's bilingual, willing to translate government's articles into French,please contact me. I feel like the French community is kind of left out, and i'd like to see that changed. Also, if you're interested in joining my team, drop me a line, currently dMoFA position is vacant.
