[CP] Promised Update

Well here's the update that was promised to the country. Little late but I did say the evening. Quite a few good topics to cover and I find my govt have found its niche and is gettin the Sh!t I promised done. I keep my platforms simple and to the point so I can deliver.

I didn't campaign on the prospect of war or a training war. I campaigned with an agenda to clean house and give the country a clear concise long term plan to follow together. Fixing all the little problems of state to create a well run machine that is eCanada.

If you were expecting a big splash of craziness its not in the cards this month.

My govt has no secrets and runs on a policy of transparency. I want to keep you well informed and up to date on all current events no matter how minor.

Stolen Gold

We don't know what player had access to this organization, the only thing that can be sure is that the CP received the access and if he's the one who made those translations or another player, we don't know.

But as I told you before, since this is a direct donation we cannot consider it a theft since we cannot prove that the president wasn't the one making it.

Not much we can do eRep is being tight lipped although I did reply you have a donation code destination then give us the name. To remain an unsolved mystery it seems but I have already made my own personal judgement based on the facts and my opinion.

Budget

Chochi has done a great job as MoF since being hired on the fly after the firings. His budget in full detail is on the forum.

He's a man that doesn't shut the F@ck up so here's my take on the TLDR version.

We've budgetted for 12 MPP's this term.
MU's have been granted a steady flow of funding that the county can afford being 80k every 2 weeks. Atleast now our soldiers know there cheques are comin in.

Chochi takes a very conservative approach so we will be slowly banking some CC incase of emergencies. So a small raise to Mu's or the signing of 1 or 2 more MPP's is easily possible should the need arise.



CAF Gold Bond Program

Were on to being approved by CAF stage here with this program. Basic outline of the plan is to sell 30 gold bonds of 10 gold. Buyers of the bonds will donate directly to a CAF soldier. Soldier will build a WRM company.

20% interest will be paid out to all bond buyers with the option to refuse the interest rate. CAF soldiers will have 2 months to repay the bond. Any bonds failed to be repaid will be covered by CAF membership. Interest to be paid by myself to bond holders.

This will make there soldiers more self suffecient and knock down there funding a little bit. This is the trial run.

MPP Shake UP

Our MPP's have changed a little since I took office. For now we won't be resigning France-Portugal or Columbia. There all in bad shape and either wiped or under total oppression. They will be reviewed in the future of course once there situation improves.

In comes Sweden-Finland-Republic of China and Iran. Asgard countries are obvious of why we signed them. They have daily battles and were trapped by our own location in the world as far as war.

RoC is a large population country that I feel could become a good powerful ally. Build the bridge early instead of during times of war.

Irans major conflict a few days ago have given EDEN hope for awhile and after seeing them fight being asked for aid and giving it after talks we decided to see if we could build a relationship.

USA what are they up to?

They are still heading towards CoT or atleast a pro CoT stance. many of there population are still against it but they have kind of an elitist what the govt says goes policy. I was initially very nervous of an impending attack given my history with USA and being far more than disliked hated would be more appropriate. But as time passes an atttack seems less likely. I expect them to be busy over with there taiwan colonies region.

We've exhausted and explored all avenues with them so far suggesting a NAP as well as being open to fair land swaps. I won't give regions for nothing though. Balls in there court whenever they wish to talk. Were open to communication. As is my usual stance in foreign relations I don't negotiate from a position of weakness.



Alliance Update

Me Mary Chan and Shoi12 were invited to discuss asgard with the heads of there alliance about 10 people. Negotiations lasted 2 hours. I was hungry the entire time.

There major concern was our position with USA and I told them pretty much what I just stated above. We don't desire war.

There conflict with Latvia and estonia will be ongoing for sometime and they wanted to know if that was a problem. I said well after we beat them into the ground for a few months maybe they'll want to negotiate a deal. Also gives us regular battles to take part in.

There open and ready to co-ordinate with us. Both there congresses had an initial votes that was in favour with no protests. They will have one moe official vote and in 24hrs 99% chance we'll be an official trial member.

Trial member just means at this time in HQ we have no vote. Trial membership will last 2 months. they are open to expanding the alliance but are in no rush. They like the excitement joining Asgard has created over here and can't wait to have us as members.

War orders still have not changed. Use Food fights to support Sweden and Finland in there wars.

Save all your energy bars and bazooka's. Canada in a direct conflict is not in my agenda this month but better safe than broke and defenceless.
