From economical point of view it could be ok.
But from "fun" part of view it's very bad.

Maybe i'm to radical here but I'd prefer some month of wipe with all country standing together and fighting enemy instead of each mu/citizen fighting wherever we want without any big goal but with some economical gains. Really.
