[CP] Our first steps

eJapan Friends!
First of all I wish to say everybody who were supported me on the last election.
I hope I will have the opportunity to realize all my plans!
My cabinet members :

I introduced why eJapan needs a team of qualified people to restore our financial stability.
Thus a Team of Consultants will be formed. With the team I hope we can build an active community who will work for the country's benefit.
As CP I will be the head of the Team. I will consult with the consultants before any decision.
The current members of the Consultants Team:
arhangellord - CtG
Ceda.mj - CtG
Rik Daphnee - SSG
Metehan2010 - Janissaries
Arari Kara - IJA Commander
Members were selected from the large communities to reprepsent every major subsociety within eJapan. Every important decision or opinions (coming from this Team) are proposed to the cabinet if we think it is neccessary.
Our First step:
We will focus on the National Shield Competition.
We have good chances to be in the TOP10 countries and get a Quality 7 Defence Shield with 10 billion damage.I don't know what is it exactly, but it sounds good! I hope this Shield will help us to regain our regions from Portugal!
NE against China
The war against China is a TW. Even we had no option to accept it
The 10% damage bonus will help us with the competition. So we also proposed China as NE. Our main enemy is still Portugal!
MU suplies:
During the competition (and I hope afterwards as well) every japanese citizen are supported while fighting in the top priority battles (MoD will set the DO and the MoF will provide financial support for every citizen).
IJA bookkeeping
In short, the MoF will give the support to the Commander of IJA (Arari Kara), thus the State MU will offer 10JPY/1M damage payment for every player!
We have enough money to give this much support, our great MoF (Tarasino) has already separateded 100 000 JPY for this reason.
If we can reach the 300% milestone, that would mean 1400G for Japan!

Just for Squibeel, he likes when i ask questions: Can someone explain me how National shield works, if we get those 10B damage protection, China can also affect it in huge margin, and basicly help Portugal to break it? Or those 10B are against each country that attack us separeted?
Noone knows exactly how the shields work, so don't ask dumb questions..
Dumb people belives that if there is no good answer to question, question is dumb. Sience prove that.
Your question is somewhat rhetorical because the admins have specifically stated in their own description of the National Shield event that the purpose and application of National Shields will be described later! Thus, the only person who could possibly answer that question is Plato, so we can only speculate.

The most likely scenario its that it will be a "wall" we can put up in a battle of our choice and will last until it's depleted but i'm not sure what it will block, maybe everything or maybe just WMDs.
