Here is a list of some updates:
1. Irish-Peru TW
There have been some concerns regarding the continuation of our TW taking place solely in Dublin, Louth, and Wexford. An Irish citizen with a holding company there has lodged a complaint against our singling these regions out. I would like to know if there are more eIrish citizens who cannot work in their companies because of the TW. If there are more, my gov. will work to alternate the battles maybe switching regions once every 2 weeks for a couple days? Another solution, if there are very few affected citizens, is to recompense their lost production. This may require increased gov. funds, i.e. increased taxes?
2. Irish-American NAP Negotiations
The Americans are still negotiating my initial proposal in their congress, no further update on this front.
3. Market Licenses
Thanks to my VP, Technician, who sponsored the program, we have subsidized several new Irish Market Licenses:
Foreign Citizens: Derfo and Jamesw, Irish Citizens: Trite, and marinazg
If you check the Irish Market, you'll see that Jamesw has basically fixed our supply problem for houses, and I am sure that these market licenses will continue to benefit eIreland in the future!
4. Lottery
I'll use a random number generator to generate 5 random numbers between 1-100. If you get 3 out of 5 numbers right (in your comment below) you win 10 gold!!!

uhmm your odds would be 100 * 99 * 98 to get three numbers correct therefore 1 in 970200. think its called combinatorics. anyway better would be to award 10 gold for 1 correct number and demand unique numbers from citizens . that would require 50 gold.

Odds are 75287520/44650 = 1686:1
wrong, they are 1:1686 of course. 1:75287520 - probability to guess all 5 numbers in range 1..100, and C(3,5)*C((5-3),(100-5)) = 44650
if you concentrate on the 3 numbers alone first number you have 1 in 100 chance of guessing second one 1 in 99 and third one 1 in 97.but taking in consideration that we will only get about 20 players you have no chance of giving away 10 gold to anyone. except if he keep on generating numbers.
Considering that you need guess just 3 from 5 numbers it sufficiently increase your odds - actually in 44650 times. Google 'Lottery mathematics'. And if 20 players will take part then the probability that anybody win is 1:84. I wouldn't call it 'no chance' 😉
im leaning towards your sums mine is more for hitting the full lotto but anyway. there is 5 numbers i think its called keno. just reward everyone or make it 2/5 or 1/5

Would it not save the Irish government money in the long term to just compensate the few players who have holdings in those regions for moving their companies to a different region of Ireland? While in the short run this would be much more expensive than just compensating for the lost production, if the government is planning on continuing the training war with Peru for a long while it would make more sense to just pay out the relocation costs and not have a continuous payment to a citizen or a few citizens who have companies in the effected regions.
Just some of my own thoughts
