Hello once more my friends and opponents, our liberators and occupiers.

I come to you today, as promised, with the final Article of my Campaign for Re-Election.



You've already seen my Cabinet in an article I published previously (This one!) so now here I am with an overview of my plans for the term!

The Plans

Occupation
Operation Polar Vortex is already underway, with Iran moments away from securing their landing in Nunavut and France not long from Beginning their assualt on FYROMian Occupied Nova Scotia.

After weeks of planning, politic-ing, saving funds, tanks and gold, and preparing the proper lines of communication are open to be able to coordinate properly we have finally begun the necessary Operations to ensure our Freedom.

I plan on continuing with these plans to ensure FYROM is removed from our lands by Force and that Croatia is removed either by Fruitful Diplomacy or by Detrimental Conflict.

Only time will tell which prevails, but either way, eCanada will be Free.

Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs
eCanada's FA Team has been at the forefront of Diplomatic discussions in a number of fields this term.

We have been actively seeking to be ahead of the curve at every turn and have been working hard to ensure our Diplomatic Presence in every Arena is at it's best.

As I stated last term, when we Officially Left LETO, we will not be abandoning our allies, nor will we simply jump into bed with the first new ally to come along and offer us their hand. This policy has not changed, and we will continue to seek what is the best fit for eCanada internationally and at home.

With our Freedom regained we will begin resigning MPPs Strategically and Diplomatically to the best of our monetary abilities.

National Coordination
One of the main goals in my Second Term will be to maximize eCanada's coordination and efficiency on the Battlefield. I'm a firm believer in Military Power in this game, and efficient coordination and communication will be key to this.

It is with these ideals in mind that I will open a series of PMs and Command Chains to ensure Battle Orders and National Priorities are communicated and followed to the best of eCanada's ability.

These PMs will also be useful to ensure Divisional Tanks (which will receive specific PM threads) know when to hit, where to hit and to ensure they are well armed and supplied to push the Wall for eCanada and it's Allies when needed.

On the Resistance War Front, we will continue with our Resistance War Starter Teams, headed by Exalted Druid, which have been extremely helpful to our current liberation as well as in assisting our allies in their RW efforts against our common foes.

Education, Training and Information
I will be continuing to work on the improvement of the MoI/E/T Programs alongside my Minsters, Xander Kross, Folphjorg and Utat.

Namely the Big-BroFist Program and the Training Grounds Upgrade Loan Program. We need more volunteers to be Big-Bros/Sisters, and we need to ensure eBabies with questions or in need of mentorship are paired with an ideal partner that will provide helpful advice and be supportive of their Little Bro/Sis at all times.

These programs help our eBabies and young or lowly players to improve.

The future of eCanada, in fact of eRepublik, is our Young and New players. Without new players the Water within which we all tread becomes stagnant and cyclical.



Goals

- Be 100% Free from Enemy Occupiers by the End of my Second Term.
- Have our Military Coordination and Efficiency set to a New Level of Damage and Influence.
- Be in a comfortable position in FA either, after having entered an Alliance with our dearest of friends, or in a place where we are prepared to do such a thing.
- Have as many Big-Bros Signed up to be able to cover any and all eBabies that need mentors.
- Maximize Efficiency of our National Training Grounds Upgrades Programs.
- Have MPPs signed with our Top Allies and Best Friends in the eWorld.



In conclusion, a vote for IBB is a vote for continued improvement,

in Government,
in the Factories,
and On the Battlefield.
