[CP] First annoucement

Fellow citizens of eJapan,

This is my first time saying something as a political representative in my eLife. I can see from day one how hard it must have been for the previous governments to do this. All this is due to the inactivity in eJapan, which seems to be terrible.

Obviously, this month we will go without a full cabinet, perhaps for the first time in history (i am not sure). Due to this fact the J.U.D.O. program will be paused until further notice.

I want to spice things up and shake the activity with a real war, a conquest that can bring 100% food production, however, we must see if people are willing to participate and most important measure our strength and see if we are able to wage war. We have solid reserves and we will make a program to support anyone who is willing to take part in this.

I also want to put in motion a suggestion to help players with getting packs by helping them with state money (not the full amount). This will depend mostly on the player's activity both in-game and on social platforms to be eligible.

New players will have a priority.

Please be advised that nothing of this will be possible unless we rise the activity.
