[CP] First Address and Thank You

Thank you everyone for the votes and support. It is with great hope and energy that I start the May CP term for India.

Elections can be strange, albeit interesting, beasts. I didn't actually gain any new support, in fact I was only supported by one party and in the popular vote I drew two less names... but because the opposition was split, I was successful this month.

So my challenge this month is two-fold... I need to convince those of you who didn't vote for me that I'm going to be good for India... and I need to convince my international peers that India can be good for them.



First order of business.

Cabinet may change a little as I get feedback on who has the time finally and who hasn't. I'm officially adding davidselva and Akshit IInd to the MoE portfolio. I'll adjust as needed as the month progresses.



Foreign Affairs.

The New World is changing and it might be a little confusing for the short term trying to figure out where all the pieces are going to fall. I'm going to talk to my counter parts in Croatia, BiH and Pakistan to see what kind of administration we'll have to deal with.

Our goal is going to be freeing some of our regions and I don't mind admitting that in public as it is obvious anyways.



War.

The last two days have been very strange on the war front. This has to do with the elections but also on all these new relationships building between nations that may have been at war days ago.

I plan on adding MPPs to our side so that when we aren't fighting at home, we can be a help to our friends.

I also want to highlight this article describing the efforts being made to improve our military. This is the kind of activity that will benefit all of India. So if you currently find yourself in a position to participate or help them, I strongly suggest that you do.



Economy.

One day I hope to be able to say more here... the economy is just depressing.
