Guten Abend!
Der heutige Artikel beinhaltet ein Update zur finanziellen Lage, ein Statement zur Situation Brozil/TERRA, eine kleine Zusammenfassung über unsere ehemaligen Kolonien in Frankreich und allgemeine Bündnispolitik.




Finanzen.
Nachdem unsere Steuereinnahmen auf den richtig üblen Wert von ca 34,000 DEM gesunken waren, haben unsere ersten Maßnahmen Wirkung gezeigt und es zeichnet sich eine Steigerung ab. Bisher sind wir auf den Wert von gut 47,000 DEM an täglichen Steuereinnahmen geklettert und ich erwarte noch ein wenig mehr Wachstum. Im grünen Bereich sind wir noch nicht ganz aber auf einem guten Weg. Ebenfalls haben wir im Vergleich zu letztem Monat ein wenig an Supplies gespart und die Common Hits verringert, welche sich durch das Military Module Update eh ein wenig schwieriger gestalten werden. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir weit davon entfernt Konkurs anmelden zu müssen oder Ähnliches. Es sah zwischenzeitlich nicht toll aus aber da haben wir halt langfristig gerechnet und nun bessern sich die Aussichten.




Brozil.
Was fällt einem dazu ein. Brosilien ist ein Gründungsland von TERRA, mit Sicherheit einer unserer besten Verbündeten, eine militärische Großmacht, ein sicherer Hafen für Versorger einiger deutscher Military Units, Heimat von sehr vielen tollen Leuten welche ich kennengelernen durfte, Helfer in letzter Not in mindestens tausend Schlachten und jetzt nicht mehr Mitglied unserer Allianz. Es gab in letzter Zeit einen Haufen Spannungen zwischen TERRA HQ und der brosilianischen Regierung. Eins der Hauptprobleme ist meiner Meinung nach die Einstellung des HQ’s hinsichtlich des brosilianischen PTO Problems. Es hat sich vor wenigen Monaten eine rumänische Military Unit in Brosilien niedergelassen und deren Mitglieder haben angefangen sich in die brosilianische Politik einzumischen was logischerweise zu gewissem Unmut bei der Regierung führt. Nun gab es Gespräche wie man damit umgehen kann und die rumänische Regierung wurde ebenfalls miteinbezogen, sah sich aber nicht in der Lage etwas an der Situation zu ändern. Es ist nunmal nicht besonders leicht bereits eingebürgerte Leute wieder loszuwerden. Daher wurde auch von TERRA aus nicht genug Druck ausgeübt bzw. Brosilien nicht genug Unterstützung zugesichert. Dazu kam dann ein veröffentlichtes Chatlog über Bündnismöglichkeiten zwischen verschiedenen Parteien unter Anderem auch Brosilien, was die Beziehung zu TERRA ebenfalls verschlechtert hat. Nachdem dann die gleichen Leute ins TERRA HQ gewählt welche dort letzten Monat schon Probleme mit Brosilien hatten, weswegen sie sich dann dazu entschieden haben TERRA zu verlassen. Ich habe selber noch mit einem Haufen einflussreicher Brosilianern gesprochen und verhandelt aber ihre Entscheidung war endgültig. Mir wurde jedoch die gleiche Unterstützung zugesichert mit dem Unterschied, dass die Gespräche darüber bilateral geführt werden anstatt es über das TERRA HQ laufen zu lassen. Ebenfalls haben sie mir bestätigt nicht ONE zu joinen und unser Bündnis zu achten. Dennoch bin ich im Endeffekt enttäuscht über die Entscheidung und ein wenig sauer, dass nicht mehr unternommen wurde um da gegenzusteuern. Zu guter letzt möchte ich Brosilien alles Gute und viel Erfolg auf ihrem Weg wünschen. s2s2




Französische Kolonien.
Puh, da habe ich mir einiges anders vorgestellt. Noch vor dem geplanten Slovenienkrieg habe ich TERRA Bescheid gesagt das wir die Region in jedem Fall brauchen, Priorität wurde jedoch auf Dänemark gelegt. Ich habe noch mit Brosilien und Russland gesprochen und Hilfe angefordert, gleichzeitig habe ich die französischen MU Commander angeschrieben (da sich die Daily Order in den MU’s nach Daychange selber setzen insofern sie nicht geändert werden), trotzdem haben nicht wenige Franzosen für ihr Land gekämpft was ich ihnen aber nicht negativ anrechne, wir haben häufig dasselbe Problem und man kann niemand beschuldigen wenn die Spielmechanik nichts besseres her gibt. Gleichzeitig haben bei uns im Grunde nur sehr wenige überhaupt gekämpft, trotz Supplyausgabe. Wenn in einer Division nach 40 Minuten nur 3 Leute gekämpft haben und einer davon noch ein Battlehero Hunter ist, ist das insgesamt schon eine schwache Leistung. Gut die Kolonien sind weg, es lässt sich nicht mehr ändern. Ich hätte den Krieg gegen Slovenien gerne gehabt und hatte mich auf einen kleinen Urlaub am Mittelmeer gefreut.




Bündnispolitik.
Tja, Brosilien ist nicht mehr in TERRA und Allianzpoker läuft im Hintergrund auf Hochtouren, wie sich das in den nächsten Wochen und Monaten entwickelt wird sicherlich interessant sein und ein paar Überraschungen mit sich bringen. Jedoch bin ich nicht gewillt einfach abzuwarten um zu sehen was passiert, weswegen ich in beinahe permanenten Kontakt zu unseren Alliierten stehe um auf jede Eventualität vorbereitet zu sein.

todays article contains quite a few topics that I would like to inform you about. There is an update about the finances, a statement about Brozil/TERRA, a short summary of our former colonies in France and alliance politics.




Finances.
Last month our tax income dropped to the real bad amount of about 34,000 DEM daily, but our policies and the changes we have started showed the first impacts and it is rising. Until know we have gotten up to 47,000 DEM of daily tax income and I expect it to grow a little more. We are not on the safe side yet but on the best way to get there. As well as increasing the taxes we have decreased the amount of supplies and common hits, which are going to be a bit tricky to handle with the new Military Module. Overall we were never facing bankruptcy even though it did not look very bright when we started working on the issue, but these were long term calculations and by now it looks a lot better.



Brozil.
Well.... Brozil is one of the founding countries of TERRA, it is safe to say that they are one of our best allies, a military giant, a save haven for our MU Suppliers, home to tons of good people I had the opportunity to meet, often one of our saviours in thousands of battles and now not part of our alliance anymore. Lately there have been quite a few conflicts between TERRA HQ and the Brozilian government. One of the main problems, in my oppinion was the attitude from TERRA HQ towards the Brozilian PTO problem. A few months ago a Romanian MU established a new home for themselves in Brozil and their members started to become politically active which of course lead to resentment in the government. There were talks about this issue and how we could deal with this problem, the Romanian government was part of these talks, but nobody seemed to be able or willing to do anything about it. One has to admit it is pretty hard to get rid of people who are already in the country and have citizenship. Because of that it is my oppinion that TERRA did not put enough pressure, or supported Brozil enough on the issue. At the same time a chatlog was published with talks about new alliances and Brozil was part of it which deteriorated the relation between TERRA HQ and Brozil even further. With the new month elections for a new HQ were set up and the people who had trouble with Brozil in the month before won, which lead to Brozil leaving TERRA in the end. I myself talked to tons of Brozilians who have quite a history of involvement in TERRA/Brozil politics in order to convince them to stay, but the decision was final. Yet they assured me that support towards Germany would stay the same, with the only difference being on bilateral level and without involving TERRA. They assured me as well that joining ONE is out of the question and we would keep up the alliance between our two countries. Still overall I am quite disappointed and a little angry about the whole situation, because I have the feeling more could have been done to prevent this drastic step. In the end I want to wish all the best and much success to Brozil on their new journey. s2s2



French colonies.
Well, I expected this to work out quite differently. Even before we were able to start the war against Slovenia, I contacted TERRA to let them know we would need Auvergne in order to take on Slovenia, but priority was put on Denmark since we were under attack in both regions. I have talked to Brozil and Russia to get help and simultaneously wrote messages to French MU commanders (since the Daily Order chooses battles itself after daychange), still quite a few French soldiers fought for France. This is not a bad thing and I wont blame them for anything, we have the same trouble every now and then and it is not their fault if the game mechanics do not allow anything else. At the same time there were not many of our own soldiers online and even with giving out supplies it was not enough. If there are just 3 people fighting in a division after 40 minutes and one of those 3 people is a battlehero hunter than it is just weak it is as simple as that. Well the colonies are gone, we can not change it anymore. I would have liked to go to war against Slovenia again since the last one was really close and exciting and of course I would have liked to have a little vacation at the mediterranean sea.



Alliance politics.
Well, Brozil is our of TERRA and the foreign affairs teams are working hard on new alliances new ideas and it will be interesting to see how that is going to turn out in the coming weeks and months. I am not willing to stay back and wait for anything to happen, which is why I have intensified contacts and relations to our allies in order to be prepared on anything that could happen.
