[CP] ePoland War of Chunks (Day 1470)

THE MANDATE

On November 5th, eCanadian voters provided me with a mandate to make eCanada a desirable place for existing active soldiers to relocate to. I intend to do this by providing healthy amounts of MU funding, a steady supply of meaningful conflict, and high levels of productivity for self-supply networks.

PDP, Ethel, irish, CFovetS, Etemenanki, EZStreet, AMC, Manafikio, Gary Hubert, and Bunsen HoneyDew will help me do this.

Opening Remarks

With the NE Poland motion moved in game, there are no secrets to keep, I figured I'd flesh out the thinking here.



On Declaring Poland our Natural Enemy...

eCanada has declared ePoland as its Natural Enemy. This is going to seriously hurt our chances of joining ONE, but we are going to do it anyways in support of eUS, our bro.

The primary goal of this war is to create a damage drain on ePoland and ONE to provide breathing room for eUS and to a lesser extent our other allies currently being oppressed by ePoland and ONE.

What is the exit strategy for this war? It is highly expected that the war with ePoland will result in a wipe of eCanada, but that is not certain. With a concerted effort of all eCanadians, support from our allies, and several charges to our VISA cards, we can push ePoland out of North America. Once ePoland and ONE are out of North America, we will try to close the war through negotiation or managing the border between us or, in a much less likely scenario, conquest of ePoland.

I worked with a guy who spent two years in jail for killing his wife in a domestic dispute, long story, more on that another time. Anyways, he was terrified of going to prison and getting raped and turning into someone’s biatch the whole time. His first day there, he went up to the biggest guy there, picked a fight with him, and gave him everything he had. He got the shit kicked out of him but he took out a significant piece of the baddest SOB in the joint. He earned a lot of respect in the prison by doing what he did, and although he didn’t get a free ride the rest of the way out, he had a much better time than those who lived in fear and didn’t do anything about.

This is how I frame our fight with ePoland. We are picking a fight with one tough SOB. Realistically, we can’t beat them one on one and our alliance can’t beat their alliance. Let’s focus on taking as big a chunk out of them as we can, providing our allies with breathing room, and improve our rep as a good ally in Brolliance. We'll recover after the wipe like we always do. With this in mind, I affectionately refer to this conflict as "The ePoland War of Chunks"

Oh, and this would be a great time for the Romulans to “walk the walk” and back up their talk about having political pull to help eCanada out and military might to deliver victories and economic bonuses on the battlefield. eCanada doesn't pay for mercenaries, we do fund Military Units though, make your case for funding and it will get due consideration.
