[CP] End of term

As promised, I’m going to sum up my term.


Elections

We were supposed to have a deal with AFP and NAP before the elections and support Chievo. But at the last moment Koko decided to broke negotiations and refuse my support. The most surprising for me at the moment is the fact that he didn’t even informed Mitko (NAP PP) that it was his decision, not mine. At least that is how I understand this situation after reading comments from Mitko and Koko.

Same as my opponent, Chievo.Kevin, I got 26 votes.



Just after official result I was accused of using multies. But it was Chievo who had his vote cancelled, so I will leave it without comment.


Term

First thing I did was setting a meeting with turkish CP. At the beginning he was very positive about our issue, as Turkey had no income here, only losses (They spent 70k cc to defend the RWs in the first day of my term). I can say that he really wanted to let us go. Unfortunately, few days later he told me to talk with his MoFA, Machiavelli. I can summarize this conversation in two sentences:

Of course it was already obvious for me a long time ago, but then I could be sure. AFP was blocking our independece. They trusted in their turkish friends and I cannot blame them for it. Their goal is same as mine, but they wanted to achieve it in the other way.

But the situation have changed. Plato announced resource wars event. After it, Turkey had a new deal with Iran. As Koko wrote few days ago, we were part of this deal, but weren’t participant of it. Armenia had been simply sold to Iran. Sold by turkish friends of Koko and Chievo.

For me it is clear. We could have independence anytime, but they decided to wait. They have been waiting for too long and now we have to face at least partial, but permament occupation.

This is the result of this pathological situation, when opposition is trying to pursue forgein policy without the participation of the government.

After my talk with Machiavelli I asked tahaua about his opinion. He told me that he will talk with leaders of AFP. From that day, turkish CP started to ignore me. I am still curious what did he hear about me behind my back. Also, I will not comment on what do I think about sabotaging actions I take and unfair moves like that.

Resource Wars Event

Winning resistance wars allowed us to choose what resources do we want have on our core regions. Fish was already appointed to the capital. My plan was to get x3 weapon, but second resistance war started about half an hour too early and we didn’t recive Token for it. So our current set of bonuses is: 2x weapon, 1x food, 1x house.

As you could see, I proposed AS law on Poland. I wrote it once and I’ll do it again: I made a favor to the last of the bigger countries that still support us. Believe me or not, but I would do exactly the same for Turkey if only they wanted some kind of deal with us.

As a country, we also gained something, and it’s up to our next government how will they use it. And I don’t mean military support.

All the money and HP was already returned. Details below.

By this, I also managed to take out the rest of money from our country treasury. We tried it few months ago, but opposition blocked it:

Money

Yeah, that’s the topic you are most intrested in.

I spent only 10k cc on CO during RW. As I remember, my predecessor spent 5k. Comparing it to 70k spent by Turkey, I still think that it was good move to convince them that this occupation is unprofitable and I would do that again.

Airstrike. The cost was 37,5k HP and 66667 cc.



I donated missing 10633 cc to the CT and the rest (56034 cc) to the national organisation.

HP was returned to the CT. I don’t have any screenshot with report as they disappear almost immidiately.

Next month

I will be away one week next month, so I decided not to candidate in next elections. I support my friend, eLeSDe. I will reamin part of his government and I am sure it will work fine.

That’s all. As always, I am ready to talk. But before you start this, as I suppose, not very polite criticism, I would like you to ask yourself only one simple question. Especially having read paragraph “Term”, where I wrote about hidden connections with turkish government.
