Tomorrow is the day that i will not be elected as President. I want to congratulate Kaige and I am sure he will be a good President, otherwise I wouldn’t have put him up as Vice-President in my Cabinet.

But the fact that I wont win doesn’t mean I should just stop my campaign and give up. It’s still important to have active CP election to keep our media alive. So here is another article with my view on foreign policy and some other things.


Foreign Policy

My view on this is pretty much the same as that of the other two candidates. I believe Japan currently is best off staying as neutral as possible. I think it better to strengthen our relations with a few countries on which we will be able to rely. I would prefer these countries to be Asian like Indonesia and China. China might be a bit hard. But seeing as we are and will always be neighbours it is worth to try and restore our relationship with them.

Congress inactivity
As Kaige has already stated in his campaign article, a lot of congressmen in Japan fail to do their job. They either don’t participate in discussion/votes or in some cases haven’t even bothered to sign-up on the national forum. We cant do a lot about this, if people just aren’t interested in doing their job than they wont, no matter what we do. What we can do is make a blacklist which will be posted a day before the congress election with the people that failed to do their job as congressmen. This way we can hopefully persuade voters not to vote on those people. I will of course also try to PM all the current congress members and ask them to come on the forum with a warning that if they don’t they will be blacklisted.
