[CP election] Cabinet

In the event that I am elected, this will be the cabinet. Delay was in waiting for one of the Ministers to get back to me to confirm they would take the role that they had applied for, and I am still waiting for said confirmation, but I'll press on and publish this anyway. I'll keep it short because I am on the way to a birthday party. I'm glad to announce that I am able to offer everyone who applied a role (apart from 1 or 2 still trying to sort out).

Minister of Finance - Don.squire
Minister of Foreign Affairs - Marcus Suridius
Ministers of Defence - Snakeyes and Paschoall

Minister of State and VP - MikeBane
Minister of Community - Irasian
Minister of Security - Jacque Cousteau
Ministers of New Citizens - seanlynch and Kiburi
Wiki officer - Ian E Coleman

In addition Kavrocks, Irasian and Reactionist will be helping out in Finance, Foreign Affairs and Defence respectively. S1lv3rk1d will also be attached to a Ministry, as of yet undecided.

My reasoning (apart from them being the applicants ofc) is thus:

- Don.squire has a proven record in economics. Kavrocks is busy in rl but will be helping don in his one-off tasks
- We need continuity in Foreign Affairs this month, as well as someone who is briefed in Eden affairs. Irasian will be deputy here to pick up experience for next term.
- Snakeyes will do the day shift, based in Ireland. Paschoall, based in US timezones, will watch the night shift.
- New blood in government with Mikebane and Kiburi.

All positions are conditional on activity, and most important, on behaving respectfully towards ALL citizens. I will have no hesitation in removing anyone who breaks these conditions.
