[CP] Canadian political Update (Day 2185)

THE MANDATE

On November 5th I was passed the leadership to this country from the great Addy Lawrence. eCan has voted and placed their trust into me and my cabinet to provide this country with Stability, Growth and Improved relations with the outside world.

Working along side me to achieve these goals are:

STATE OF THE UNION

This week is shaping up to be a great one. As I have posted in my weekend update we have been making some great progress.

New member to the team
I would like to formally welcome IBB to the team. He has been a valuable asset to me in my last term and after a little thought and a little chat with IBB in IRC we have decided it is best to have him back as an adviser again to the eCanadian government.

The loss of a member
Today we had to sadly say goodbye to Wes. Due to personal reasons Wes has decided he would prefer not to be in the eGov and has stepped down.

eSpain

The talks with eSpain are going incredibly well. Right now our main focus is getting Nova Scotia back at no cost. If things keep going the way they are we can expect to have another bit of eCan back shortly 🙂

NFLD battles
I would like to take a moment and remind everyone NOT to fight in the RW NFLD battles. We have signed a treaty with eSpain and need to respect the words of promise we have made. Within the treaty it mentions they have the right to that province. Please MU commanders set your DO's to that of the MoD.

MPP
We have passed an MPP with the following countries

Service Canada

Due to Wes leaving us it seems Service Canada has been taken down.
All players that have donated to Wes have been provided a refund.
We are working to see if we can have someone else pick up the project at this time.

Air strike
At this time we have brought Connor into a chat to discuss an air strike.
Who the target is and when the attack will happen is not yet determined. But we intend to get prepared for when a time comes that an air strike will be an option. There will be more info on this as the term goes on.


Goals for this week
1. Obtain Nova Scotia back from eSpain.
2. Strengthen our bond with our allies.
3. Strategically MPP countries that will play a huge role in eCans future.
