[CP] Address to the Nation: Policy Change!

Day 2,197, 13:17 Published in Belgium Belgium by eBelgian Presidency

Dear eBelgians,
2/3 of our term has passed and I know you are are waiting eagerly for an update about the government. Truth is, most of what you can and should know are published in government articles already. The other things will be told during the last CP-update, cause this time I will use the CP-Update article to address our Nation and inform them over one topic and one topic only: The wipe of eBelgian regions.

Do NOT fight for eBelgium, but fight everywhere else
After consultation with the Polish government, we have decided to change our policy slightly. eBe still should be wiped, but it hurts a lot of our citizens that they have to fight against eBelgium. The Polish government has agreed to now take care of the RW's and eBelgium will no longer actively support fighting for poland.
However we still need to be wiped, so we advise you do NOT fight for eBelgium.

What happens if a region gets nevertheless liberated?
This is not a big deal and we will leave that region probably for some time liberated. However, before the next congress election, this region can be conquered again. Either by our Polish friends, or one of our other neighbours. A liberated region does NOT mean that eBelgium will have a congress next month. We stay determined to get rid of our PTO threat with every possible means.

Where should I fight when an RW starts for an eBelgian Region?
You can fight everywhere now. We will no longer ask you to fight for poland. Get that Freedom Fighter Medal or get yourself the Mercenary Medal by fighting all over the world. We do ask you: do not fight for eBelgium, your damages will be wasted and the chance that you can win from poland is minimal.

When will eBe be liberated?
It is possible that eBelgium will have some regions in the next days, but that isn't a permanent situation. As long that there is a PTO-threat, the eBelgian Government and Community will fight HARD with all their means necessary to get rid of this threat.
These PTO'ers want to be in congress? Bad luck, there will be no congress
These PTO'ers want to earn something from being in eBelgium? Bad luck, congress medals are not an option, the treasury is safe and they will no longer be able to participate in government programs.

I hope this slight change in policy will please you. Furthermore, I would like to point out that there have been fake articles published that pretends to be government communication. Please look carefully to the newspaper that publish an article, only the newspapers from official national organizations, supply you with government communication.
If there would be any questions, our government officials are always eager to reply. You can also directly contact me.

Yours truly,
NLSP, eBelgian CP
