[CP] A Shoutout to the Media [CP]

Beste eNederlanders,

De laatste weken heeft ons land een opleving in de media meegemaakt. Wij van de regering hebben altijd de mening gehad dat de regering zich niet te veel moet bemoeien met de media, om deze zo neutraal (en kritisch) mogelijk te houden. Wél waarderen we de moeite die de schrijvers nemen om het volk te entertainen. Wij vinden dat deze schrijvers een 'shout-out' verdienen. Niet alleen dat, ze zullen ook de volgende medaille ontvangen, waarmee wij deze schrijvers (en anderen natuurlijk ook!) hopen te stimuleren door te gaan met hun werk voor onze community;

Outstanding contribution to the media-landscape* or community of the Netherlands (*congress, government and political party and such media contributions are excluded for this medal) (needs a public Presidential/Prime-Ministerial statement)



Wij hebben besloten twee veelbelovende schrijvers te huldigen met deze prestigieuze trofee;

Missingno
Uit het niets kwam Missingno (Markus Bell) met een media project op zetten, dat misschien wel de basis is geweest van andere, soortgelijke, projecten en schrijvers. In eToast worden niet alleen de huidige gebeurtenissen vanuit verschillende invalshoeken en personen bekeken, ook andere zaken worden onder het licht gebracht, vaak door de vele nationale én internationale gastschrijvers. De interviews die afgenomen worden door Missingno met de meest interessante gasten (bijvoorbeeld Sarah Voorhees) zijn ook enkel te vinden in eToast!

Mattio
Mattio is inmiddels een oude knar, maar dat wil niet zeggen dat zijn krabbels geen verfrissing teweeg brengen in de (on)dode media sectie. Hij geeft zijn visie op de huidige gebeurtenissen, verhoogt de samenhorigheid door mensen onzinnige zinnetje op te laten rakelen in ruil voor brood en heeft zelfs een heus debat georganiseerd voor de verschillende presidentiële kandidaten!

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

The last few weeks our country experienced an upliving in the media section. We believe that the government shouldn't intervene too much with the media, to keep them neutral (and able to make comments on the government e.g). We do appreciate the efforts taken by the excellent writers to keep the population entained. That's why we want to give these writers a shout-out. Not only that, they'll also receive the following medal, which we hope will stimulate these writers (and others!) to continue their work for our community;

We've thus decided to reward the following promising writers with this trophee;

Missingno
Out of nothing Missingno (Markus Bell) started this media project, which might have been the reason others soon followed. In eToast not only recent happenings are discussed from different views and persons, other issues are discussed as well by the national and international guests. The interviews taken by Missingno are surprisingely interesting indeed! (e.g the interview with Sarah Voorhees).

Mattio
Mattio might be an old players, his recent newspaper has brought a fresh wind trough the media section. He gives his vision on the actual issues, increased the unity of our country by making people repeat senseless sentences in exchanges for bread and he even organized a debate for the different presidential candidates!
