Greetings, dear friends and allies!

We are glad to announce that after the preparation phase, we officially start the project of creating Mobile Forces of CoT.

In this article we are going to introduce you the structure of the Mobile Army of CoT and all the details about it.

☆ What will be the structure? ☆

There are going to be 3 Levels of Command and all the communication will happen in IRC.

- Level 1: Main Command

The Supreme Commander of CoT + the Country Presidents of all member-states of CoT + the Ministers of War/Defence of all member-states + the Commanders by Divisions + the Assistants by Divisions (probably vMoDs of member-states).

- Level 2: Command for each Division

The Supreme Commander of CoT + the Commander for the specific Division + the Assistants for the specific Division + vMoD of all member-states.

☆ FOR OBTAINING ACCESS TO A SPECIFIC CHANNEL YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS: ☆

STEP 1: You have to register a nickname in IRC;
STEP 2: You have to fill this form in order to obtain access;
STEP 3: You have to wait 1 day to receive access;
STEP 4: During the day, you stay logged in your specific channel in order to receive orders.



In the previous article of CoT, it was announced the creation of a Military Unit for the Mobile Forces of CoT. Here is the place to say that it is not necessary to be part of the Military Unit in order to be part of the Mobile Army, but it is recommended, because important information will be shared on the MU wall. Also, there are always going to be priorities for those who cannot join IRC.

In order to join the Military Unit, you have to be with Bulgarian citizenship. After you join, you can change it freely.
Also, it is good to write in you citizenship application, that you are willing to join the Mobile Forces of CoT.



☆ Financing: ☆

Every member of the Mobile Army of CoT will receive 20 k6 tanks per day + money for traveling. In return for the tanks, you are expected to make 120 hits per day. The money for traveling will be sent the next day, only after you fill a specific form. The tanks are going to be sent at a week base (140 tanks weekly).
The financing will begin at Day 1686 and before that day, the structure has to be completed and everyone has to obtain access to their specific channels.

There won't be any reporting for damage that you have to make manually. The information for each member of the Mobile Forces will be gathered automatically. In case of systematic violations, people will be removed from the Mobile Army.



☆ Vacant Positions: ☆

- Commanders for Division 2,3 and 4;
- 3 Assistants per Divisions 2,3 and 4;
- 2 Financiers.

At the current moment, we have 100,000 k6 tanks and monthly revenue of about 60,000 k6 tanks from private companies and committed players.

We can maintain about 250-300 soldiers daily. We hope that after 10-15-20 days, the member-states will feel the need of a Mobile Army and engage with some expenses from their budgets.
