[Conway] Regarding The NE of Poland.

Citizens of Ireland,
Today I proposed the Natural Enemy law on our neighbouring nation of Poland. It is not long ago we were in the same situation, Poland occupied Canada and we fought back. However this is different, missions were released where we are required to kill so many of our Natural Enemies citizens. We needed a war.
Immediately I got into conversation with the United Kingdom, a nation with whom we have had a dark past, a clear present and in my eyes a shining future. Unfortunately they declined my offer of a Training War as they had one planned with Belgium, this changed as Germany without consulting the UK proposed a NE against them, the UK had no other option but to propose Germany back. All is well and the two sides are engaging in a TW. So thats why we can’t go for the United Kingdom.
Another neighbour of ours is the USA. They are a long and old ally and engaging in a Training War with the USA would have devastating losses to Irelands MPP’s and to resign them all would be quite expensive. That is why we can’t go for one with the USA.
And now our only option left was Poland, the big mighty pink block. Last time we attacked them we were wiped for a week, the times beforehand we came out on top. Our President Rikian immediately ruled out an NE with Poland before consulting with them so I took on the duty myself. I messaged a good friend, an ex-Polish CP who also happens to be the current MoD for Poland about the plan, he seemed happy with it. I talked with their MoFA who also seemed fine with it, and so we reached an agreement.
Ireland will NE Poland.
Naturally Poland will wipe us due to their sheer size and influence.
We will fight to liberate our regions.
Poland will not order any citizen to fight against us in the Resistance Wars.
Poland will not directly assist us in liberating our regions but inform their citizens that they can get Ireland crossed off on their Mercenary Medal list.
This is the agreement I reached with Poland, I published the agreement to our CP and to congress who have voted in their opinion if they are in favour or not.
There is one thing I would like to let you, the citizens of Ireland know, we do not have to wiped, we can fight hard, fight with pride and with unity and we can come out on top.
Let’s give Poland a surprise, let’s give the world a surprise.

Because MUFC they wanted to walk all over us over us NE'ing them as a drain, if we do actually talk with them we could get a deal going for both countries to get the NE mission. It is clear that it would benefit both countries unless they NE someone else.
