To any Albanians that may be reading this.. this is one time that I do not need your help. I do not want to see a single Albanian comment here. There is nothing you can say that will help.. so please don't say anything.
Serbia.. For starters, I appreciate the great fight. I think the entire eworld enjoyed the fierce battles and excitement of it all. o7
Being wiped and not having a congress, it is understandable that you would be mad. I have never participated in doing such a thing before and would historically be opposed, but you have done this to Albania for the previous 6 months and who knows how many times in all, so it is honestly hard to be sympathetic. It is what it is..
I would like to solve this now, for good. I have tried speaking to your government since the day before you were wiped. It was only yesterday that someone finally responded. Regardless of the discussion.. what I really took from the conversation was that they couldn't agree to anything long term, even if they wanted to. The next government would do what it wanted and wouldn't be bound by any agreement made by this one.
This obviously puts me in a hard position, I am not inclined to just walk away and freely return what we have spent so much time and treasure winning. I want peace, I would much rather spend my time building something in Albania than tearing down Serbia. We will both spend all our resources fighting nothing but each other. It's fun for a minute, but even that gets boring. We both end up weak and destroyed.
What I would like and what I think is fair..
- You rent the 2 Albanian regions you need for your bonuses. I'm not sure of the amount these days, but the money really isn't the issue anyway.
- SA is returned to us. You do not need it for bonuses and you do not need a strategic RW in a country that borders you.
- Your Canadian MPP. Every battle we have there is more than half Serbian BH's. If I am going to have to fight you every day anyway, I might as well do it on your ground. It does not make sense for me to let you pick at us from afar. The MPP is of no value to you, they are not Asteria and this removes the potential for misunderstanding between us.
We leave peacefully, you have your bonuses back fast, we both get to rebuild our countries and do something other than tear each other apart.
I don't think any of this is unreasonable.

Colin, on the fight, was called "Colin the destroyer" by albanians. On another articles on Albania, he laugh that Serbia lose. Now, he only want peace because he know he will have to take his responsibility. No way. You will have to fight to see 1 area called "Albania" now.
All is good here.. But damn i just love Canadians and there is no chance I will ever agree to reject their MPP.

Nope, I disagree. We had a NAP for a year and a half, for example.
But it most certainly cannot ever work with Albania, not in the game, not in RL. We can have a NAP with them when they return to Chechnya (or the Islamic State if that's what they prefer, like many of them do).
I think that you got bigger grudge with Albanians, different type

@Dionys, we can't return to Siberia, since we never were there. Our people can return from Russia to Serbia, on the other hand... Their language did diverge a bit, but we'll manage it somehow.

problem is that you can have 100 for it, and you all agree to tolerate if there is no provocation. And its enough if one person starts provoking rest and it will go BOOM!!

RL American (if I'm not mistaken) joins Albania and MTO's Canada. Then threatens Serbia in "fair"manner... And even admits that he most likely blackmailed Serbian government before we got deleted...

Wow so nice you can decide upon what MPPs are good for us! Well we need our Canadian friends so we can have sense of HUMOUR, or better to say someone who can actually spell it.
Points 1 and 2 can be discussed, but for me point 3 is not an option. Canada chose not to drop our MPP, so neither should we.
I hope we reach a deal soon there. There is light discussion at times with some of the traditional leaders, but the CP is still a child.
