Greetings to all the Cuban Comrades

After the completion of the first debate, comrades Nikola TesIa and J.Corban asked to add "the Congress" in Article 3. After adding it, I also consider necessary to add "the Government" to make it clear that it is also part of the power derived of the Assembly.

Following the same article, comrade ElT8NY let him knew his views on the Assembly, without raising any definitive position on this, so from this tribune I would appreciate that, in the comments of this article, he show us a final position for submission to debate and vote.

Finally, comrade Rodrigo Zeballos express their concerns about the alleged bilingualism in the country (Article 2), concerns were adequately addressed.

Completed the above account, it is republished the Title I, with the amendments made to Article 3:
