Starting today the Chinese Government has ordered it's troops to stop all and every Indo from fleeing their workcamps country.
Since the annexation it has become Illegal for any Indonesian national to travel by train, train rides are only allowed for all Chinese nationals, and specially picked Indonesians that aid the Chinese government.
Until now the Chinese armed forces had a hard time stopping the Indonesian nationals from travelling on top of the trains, as they are not allowed to shoot them off due to the lack of workers in Chinese camps humanitarian reasons.

Today the Chinese armed forces found the perfect way to stop this illegal surfing, and ordered their Indonesian minion's to install the following system.

The Chinese have not yet declared the name for this new invention, so it will refer to it as: "The-humane-way-to-keep-Indo's-from-the-train-roofs-with-the-use-of-wrecking-balls"
