New players - Hello Again!

You might have noticed that eRepublik is offering discounted company and training center upgrades again:



This is exactly the moment then to remind you of a few things about the games most precious resource, GOLD.

1) Save you gold. Do not convert it into currency to buy food or weapons or to travel. Only use it for companies, training centers, and rocket factories. Remember if you need food or weapons, ask Centrelink. Post a comment here or PM me, Vyrin the First.

2) Upgrading your free training center is the first priority for your gold. It will allow you to get super soldier awards faster, which give you 5 gold.

3) Only after this, upgrade companies and buy a rocket factory as you see fit.

4) Wait until the game offers these discounted upgrades to do any upgrading. They happen at least monthly. Your patience will be rewarded.

The upgrade button can be your friend if you use it properly.
