Program Introduction & Staff
The Junior Officers Corp (J.O.C.) is a program that trains future officers of the Cannon Cockers militia. We train you in one of 5 areas: Quartermastering, Recruiting & Retention, Mass Messaging, Mentoring and IRC. You will go one on one with one of our experienced staff as you go throughout this program. Your progress will be recorded and your feedback about the program will help us evolve this program further.

The J.O.C. is manned by 2 persons, Atomic Gerbal and myself, Malovent. Atomic Gerbal is the Commanding Officer of the J.O.C. He is real life college fraternity, therefore, we will not see much of him due to his priorities. I, Malovent, is the Executive Officer of the J.O.C. Since I am just a regular high school geek that knows alot about eRepublik, I will be doing most of the training. I am very experienced player, I am a former Division Commander for the eUnited States Training Corps and former Quartermaster General from the eUSAF Air Force.

A detailed curriculum document will be provided to you while you train with us. It will be separated with key objectives that are necessary for you to learn in order for you to become an officer in the specified area of your choosing.

Choose carefully, a week into training, we will NOT change your area!
