Today alliance members of TACO are delighted to announce the launch of the new, high quality private health service.. BUPA.

Why BUPA? Why now?
Well TACO members are slightly alarmed at continued messages of complaints. How supplies have been missed, for days sometimes weeks. This cannot continue.. keeping new players active is vital for the eUK to survive. Governments have in the past seen inactive periods of NHS operation. TACO is now taking steps to help improve a better health service for our younger players.
Something NHS doesnt do is contact the group of players it helps, not routinely anyway. One thing I think we can all agree on if knowledge is power. As is such BUPA members will receive information leaflets which will include messages from the current government and current wars, free food, competitions whilst promoting IRC rooms like #MoD and #eUK.
What is BUPA?
- BUPA is a new FREE health service for new players in the eUK.
- BUPA will supply the highest quality food in the eUK. (Q7 Food)
- BUPA will support new players, take the cost of living off their backs.
- BUPA is available to all new players under lvl 29.
- BUPA is available to any player, must have eUK citizenship.
What you receive as a BUPA member?
- Once you have applied for BUPA, you will become a ‘Member’.
- Being a ‘BUPA member’ entitles you to a number of benefits including
- Daily supplies
- Random giveaways,
- Strikes for eUK (tanks supplied Q7 Weps).
- BUPA members will receive weekly updates via PM.
- BUPA members will receive 500 health every 2 days.

hmmm what have I done now? I was just correcting his grammar. No need to get upset over it. BigAnt can look after himself. I never criticised the scheme despite the fact the government already has a perfectly capable one in place. My honest opinion is you guys should donate the food to help out the current scheme and lend some help handing out supplies if you are so concerned. But anyway it's good to see you guys finally doing something to hold onto your members and hopefully raise the activity in your parties.

Best of luck with this. Good to see it's open to all and it'll be interesting to see how directly contacting players with information will fare.
Perhaps it'd be worthwhile for both BUPA and NHS to closely monitor retention rates and see if there's any notable difference? (without turning it into a competition ofc)
With regards to the weekly messages. I will be contacting governments present and future for they take of info they want adding.

While this is an admirable scheme I wish to take issue with one point you have made.
The only complaints I have ever heard regarding the running of the NHS was when you were in charge, missed supplies for days on end etc.
What reassurances do we/new players have that this shall be run any differently?
You have no reassurance. This is a private venture, not public.

Am I supposed to believe that BigAnt will work alongside government's which he himself doesn't like? Of course not, this is just a bribe to say. Join our parties. We're the ones giving you food. If they truly cared. They'd try and expand the MoH concept. I can imagine that the info given will have a certain slant and that they will be persuaded to join New Era, Freemasons or the RDP. I'm under level 29. I bet If I applied to this scheme. I'd get denied. Because BUPA will probably not accept new TUP members or anyone who is against their regime.

Wait, Let me get this straight... The PCP now advertising what we have always offered straight up, instead of what we used to do which was invite players after a short time, Ie. The communes which have run since before day 500... is a bribe?
The only reason it's now being put out there is to counter the profit driven wages that BA sends to get new players to join RDP.
It has always been and always will be a core of our party. We're the communist party, Collective betterment is kinda what we do.

There are many major problems with "BUPA".
First of all, TACO is made up of parties. With that being said, there is no income coming in for the parties other than the salary of a day's work. So you're telling me, that the people that run BUPA are going to use the money out of their own pockets to supply others? Not even mentioning the major cost of supplying Q7 weapons.
Second of all, why make a program that gives out health for only two days, when you can apply for the NHS and get assured health?
Third of all, as Boh said above, how do we not know that this is a PTO attempt behind the scenes?
why/how would we PTO the eUK by giving away free supplies?

I know a lot of you might think that but as a fairly senior New Era member I know that BigAnt does want to help the eUK and this is his way of doing it

If this ends up being genuinely apolitical with no BS like 'rawww TUP is evil and we are right join us noaw' then I think this is a great idea.
However, experience suggests it won't end up like that, sadly. Prove me wrong, please.
Thats my intention and having some inclusion from future governments will hopefully shed a bright light on BUPA
