[BRY] Recent Developments in Our Country

A while ago, when Serbia took out Malayia's last region I was a Party president. Thankfully, the eUSA soon came in and liberated our territories. Rather than returning home, I went on to the eNetherlands for a little break from life in eMalaysia. I would like to apologize for my disappearance, but today I made the journey back to eMalaysia. Which made me surprised that perhaps a little over three weeks after our country returned to the map, I was greeted with this being voted on by congress:

In the time that I was away, I see that a large gang of old eMalaysians have rejoined us - apparently with an agenda. In other circumstances I would be quite happy to see some faces joining eMalaysia. But this time I am thoroughly appalled. These people, many of them part of congress, are not even registered on our national forum, let alone an active contributor in the congress discussions that take place in the forum. Even more to my dismay, the proponents of the impeachment have made no attempt to make it known to the public the reasoning behind the proposal or that such an event is even taking place. I am utterly confused by both their original intent and reasoning behind such a proposal, and why no reason was given to the public.

eMalaysia has seen a lot of times when groups and those in power are not forthcoming, open and transparent. This has led eMalaysia down a path of destruction and loss that I, and we, do not want to see again. On top of this, we have also had to deal with PTOers. We saw times when no explanation for action, or inaction, was given to the public. Times when government resources and institutions and their uses where hidden from public view, allowing situations were not used correctly, or were blatantly stolen from. Our nation has seen times when inactive players have subjected and supported congress and president candidates without any platform, participation on the forum, or any other way. This is also quite upsetting, especially to see it returning to post-PTOed eMalaysia.

In seven and a half hours as of the writing of this article, the president elections will take place. There are only two candidates, from the two existing parties, running. Neither Prle or PoorBoy, the two candidates, have made any release on their candidacy, their platform, or their intents for being president and their term. This is a whole new level of depression for me. Why hasn't either candidate, serious or not, released ANY information? The public needs to know. How could anyone expect this next term to be better, transparent, and productive with a start like this?

I hope this will prompt adequate responses, action, and possible rectification by the parties involved, and to all citizens of our country. I would like to know the reasoning why the impeachment was proposed, and why no effort was put in to informing the public and nation about the impeachment. I would also like to know why the proposal did not go through the mandated process for any congress proposal. Further I would like to know why no platforms have been released, and hopefully an article in the media outlining the platform of both candidates within the next couple hours.
