[BPD] Multis, a big threat for eAustria!

Dear eAustrian citizen,

today I want to reveal some sad facts to you.
Facts a research by our user karl0815 has brought up, facts i consider highly important and highly disturbing.

At the congress elections, the party "Free Austria", got 30% of the seats.
I don't want to accuse them for being PTO, but there is some high (~100% i guess) rate of Croats in the party.
This was quite a surprise to many eAustrians, as all the members acted pretty secretly, there was only one article written by a member of that party since it was taken over by Gaganic.
Though, they managed to get 71 votes.
More than just a few misled noobs, in my oppinion.
So directly after the elections (before I was banned on a side note), I asked karl0815 to check all citizen on possible PTOers.
And the result was shocking.
We already knew from the statistics that some voters of the Free Austria Party were deleted, as their votes decreased;

So karl0815 went through all regions, and found an enormous amount of citizen who are VERY likely to be PTOs, and seem pretty suspicious.
Why are they very likely to be PTOs?
Well most of them were created on April 18 or April 19, thats the first thing.
Most of them have 40-42 XP (just enough to vote in PP elections!?) and 12-14 fights (which got them to have enough XP to vote in PP elections!?).
Whats the most noticeable is that many of those who meet the criteria mentioned above have suspicious names.
There seems to be a sheme; Forename & Lastname, and they have names that sound german, but, in most cases, are misspellt.
Please note, I don't accuse them of not respecting eRepublik laws, I just want to state that these nicks seem suspicious and likely to be PTO, however, this all might be coincidence as well, I am not to decide that.

Please, eAustrian, keep your eyes open on possible multis and PTOs, they might decide about our future.
Check the new registrations, check online citizen, and report suspicious activities!

What does a multi look like?
There is no real formular for this, you can't say X is multi, Y is not.
However, there are a couple of things that make accounts suspicious.
First you I'll have to make clear there are 2 kinds of multis;

Gold-farm-multis;
Multis who are created to get his owner gold, through invitation link, and through donating the gold recieved for reaching level 6. As the donation list can easily be checked this can as well happen through the monetary market. Usually those multis will lose their importance and thus will be stopped being played at level 6.

Political multis
Multis created in order to make a PTO. They will usually be played until level 6, if they are only used for congress or country president election, or to level 7, if they are used for Party President elections aswell.

So what are possible criteria:

No job, no political activity, no newspaper, no shouts, but HIGH WELLNESS!
This might indicate someone is trying to keep this account alive.
Often the accounts are very "old", but on a low level.
Their creators will just offer gifts and maybe give them food (check their donation list!).
Mostly used for political multies.

A big amount of accounts created on the same day, with the same experience.
Of course this point is very difficult as it might easily be coincidence.
If you find such nicks, check them for other criteria. Obviously, if it's day 2 after someone's birth, they will have only level 6, so also check their birthdate.

1 friend or 2 friends
Again, this alone can't be used to find a multi, so be sure to check for other criteria before reporting!
Gold-farming multies are likely to have 2 friends; admin & their inviter.
Political multies however in many cases only have 1 friend (admin).

Several donations from the same account
This also should only be used in combination.
If a citizen recieves regular donations from one an the same account this might mean someone is trying to keep him alive. However, it could aswell be a friend of his.

Activity
This is a bit more tricky.
You will have to check the "who is online" list from time to time.
If one of the accounts you found suspicious through other methods is logged in, keep updating the list regularely. If another suspicious account logs in shortly after the first one logged out, this might mean they're multi. Keep watching this, as there might be more of them. Write them down somewhere, check them for other criteria, and in case report them.

Nicknames
Of course many multies dont use similar nicknames, but if you're able to find some kind of sheme, this might aswell be an indicator. Nicks like P3t3r and Peter3 (random choice) for example could be multies. You know what you have to do; check for other criteria.

Of course there are a few other methods. If you think I missed one, PM the org Royal_Holding.
I hope I could animate some of our citizen to hunt down a few multies, and that this thread will be banned from our beloved country soon.
PTOs are perfectly legal, but if they involve multies they're not!
