Last month The Government under MR Woldy - promised to kick this scheme off for our new players! Nothing happened! They failed, complete waste and I was fuming under the impression we would have to wait 3 more months. But the Plato Gods have heard my calls :3 and the offer has returned unnaturally quickly.

So What is this all about?

The Cash: The Government has 2000 Gold spare, sat in a few orgs doing nothing at all.

The Idea: Share the gold out to new players or players who are in a position to improve they training grounds as a gold loan.

Result: eUK gets a lot stronger over time, and Gold loans are paid back. Then that same person or someone else can benefit from another loan! Simple.

Now I have offered both governments to help run this scheme, both have declined. That doesn't matter, what does matter is that these Gold Training Loans are started now!

Someone active... needs to set-up a public Gdoc, accept and sort applications, fairly give loans out. Screenshot every transactions and account for every penny, then chase money back.

Again my offer to run this is there,.. you know I would smash it and I think that's the problem some people don't want me back in Gov. Fact is there is a point when new players need to be put first in the eUK again.
