What can be said about Emerick? Well he founded S.E.E.S and is a longtime player and longtime politician, 7 times Congress member and 4 times President and many will say he surrendered to PEACE; went down without a fight. Personally I will say this about him he has only 8 Battle Hero Medals and 0 Campaign Medals -that is a big Fat 0, not many politicians can boast such numbers; just check for yourself -check any prominent Congress member’s status on these medals and this citizen puts them to shame. Some of you are LOLing right now thinking tinfoil hat, what it shows me about this citizen is this -he doesn't care about medals; how many times a day do you see that FN Battle/Campaign Hero Medal shout roll across your screen -a good portion of them Congress members of long standing and hard :cough: work. Tis very strange that I am defending this troll who at one time accused me of being a traitor (see below), but I want citizens in Congress who want America to prosper; want America to be respected in this New World more than they want be a fame whore with a paparazzi entourage -cameras clicking- following along. My only concern has to do with Henry Arundel, who according to rumors -since we can’t see the private Congress Forum we have no real proof- has lost favor in Congress, at least this month under SoH Haliman; America holds the key to -if these rumors are true- keeping Henry Arundel out of Congress another month. My concern is that all of a sudden a long time player, who has not played in a long time; has suddenly become ‘Chatty Cathy’ and has joined what he sees as a bandwagon standing imperiously on the tailgate swaddled in a flag proclaiming his righteousness. Hm...maybe his lack of medals is from a lack of play and not his disinterest in them...hm.

This guy is just there, he doesn’t write articles; maybe he will shout some asinine off the wall chicken pellets -maybe. He doesn’t actually play eRepublik in game, instead he and his Pfeifferist Cabal play a ‘meta game’ -not to be confused with roleplaying which we never do- over on the eUS Forums; you know the one where they troll, belittle and censor new citizens into the ground and out of the game. Now you ask why the hell would they do that, well...right now they control Congress -more citizens harder to control; now Congress conducts business on these forums and while the Masses are appeased with massive Legislative forums where citizens may stay informed and ask questions -if you don’t mind being trolled if you ask the wrong question, the real business of Congress goes on in secret behind the closed doors of the Private Congress where only the gods of Congress may tread. Imagine Henry Arundel, a god; bet that please him so much he shot. Currently our Congress and our President remind me of the movie ‘Bonfires of the Vanities’, if you have seen it you know my meaning, if you haven’t rent it -I love Bruce Willis in this movie. This citizen reminds me of the idiot DA trying to prosecute Tom Hanks, totally out of his league, he will deny that he had anything to do with the mess America is in right now; but anyone with half a brain knows it to be a lie. While accusing another player of being in control of a bunch of Serbians, uses Bots to ensure his candidates win, the only way to know how a citizen will vote is actual physical control of a Bot -there is no other way; while calling this citizen a traitor he entered into secret talks with our enemy Poland -WTF is he?. Just think what might happen if he was ever President.

First, I want to thank the RLC and chicknsguys for allowing me to abortively run for Congress, however the above citizen is the worst of the lot. Although I sometimes almost agree with this Stalkers politics, this month in fact the RLC offered to allow me to run for Congress; I could never in the darkest recesses of my black mind join his clique of cronies (not that his cronies are any worse than Pfeifferist cronies) for the simple fact he stalks the women of the world not only in real life -apparently, he brings his sick obsession into our New World. Now we of the New World yell and scream throwing birds into the air, we turn on our brothers and make war on them while bending over our long time allies, friends and brothers who long stood with America -but since when is it acceptable to a company who wants us to slide that ole credit card buying tons of gold to allow this citizen to remain. Well...they can’t stop him. Any good IP Hider will get you around an IP ban, most of the services and software is free to someone who knows where to look, so...how do you get rid of a rectal issue such as this one facing America -not with Preparation H that’s for sure. Shunning. Sometime ago I stated openly I would not mention this Stalkers name again, my hand was forced by the USWP with their aiding of their Sock Puppet chickensguys in getting re-elected RLC Party President; I know RGR, chickensguys and Henry Arundel all hate each other -and Emerick too. Phhhhut. Right. Henry Arundel has used Ronald Gipper Reagan as a foil, someone to point at and tell America he is to blame; while behind the closed doors of Congress he sells his country down the river. If it were not for this citizens foul sickness and a little smoothing around the edges he is someone who I might have followed, I said MIGHT have followed; unfortunately he is a Stalker -and my witness to that fact is Bia Pandora.

Few have accomplished what he has and few will. As far as Henry Arundel goes, whether you like him or hate him, and most do hate him. You can't argue with what he's done for the country. Not many on here have donated anywhere close to the time or money he has to help the country.

Dru... I agree with a lot of things your say. But i am beginning to loose respect for you. Why is it when someone says something you don't agree with or anything of that nature that you decide to resort to name calling. Its beneath you. As I've said before your argument and what ever you were trying to say looses all purpose and meaning when you start vomiting of the mouth.

I have merely found a kindred agreement on a few issues with them. My interest in the game has picked up greatly because of the turn of the events lately, but I'm no propagandist. I have had no talks with them in game or on irc. My views are completely my own, which just happen to coincide with theirs lately.
Just a historical note, back before the politicians took over the military most of them were low in-game rank and typically kept to their tasks in the political sphere and left the fighting to the military. This phenomenon with these politicians with high rank/damage has occurred since "the split".
Hence Emericks lack of medals, and I respect that actually, it means he isn't sucking the life out of our funds and playing everyone to build his own BH/CH medal cabinet, like I wonder about some.
Well, part of that could be traced to the fact that for a long time the JCS forbid their people from being part of politics. Since the split a lot of people who were heavily involved in the war side of the game have also gotten involved in the political side. But I agree with you 100%, the office of president should not be a pass to GOW. Any player proven to misuse govt. funds to fill their medal rack should not hold office.
The National Guard was a branch of the eMil where members of the military that wanted to serve in office would go while doing so, also TC allowed members to serve in politics.
I appreciate hearing your opinions, and am often entertained by them, but please ensure they aren't riddled with propaganda bullshit while giving them.
And the fundamental reason for the eMil keeping it's general nose out of major politics was the obvious conflict of interests. I think that it has now been proven that it was a very smart, rational and logical thing to do.

Describing politicians inc. the role of commander-in-chief as "meddling" whenever they involve themselves in military matters, that just doesn't sound right. Military policy should emanate from the C-in-C's desk and if he/she can lead from the front, all the better. I don't think Israel or Evry used their position to bolster their medal count, and Artela was already a notable Tank. Imo your MU has no right to restrict your involvement in the political module -- who would put up with that!?
I can't disagree with a few good parts of this article. It is T-Ball after all. In my opinion its a Curve ball, Fast ball, and a HB. Admin allows runs from all three.
No one had to. As I've already commented fairly clearly, there was a branch set up specifically for people that wanted to play in both groups, and at least one other branch allowed it as well.
And if that wasn't enough there were plenty of other groups that a player could join. That was the beauty of the game when everything wasn't lumped into one group. DIVERSITY, and a players right to choose the type of group, and hence the type of game play that they wanted to enjoy.
Bonfire of the Vanities, yeah... I was thinking of the original version. Sometimes Dru reminds me of Savanarola.

Wow, I agree with you on something and you still fire off in your passive aggressive way that you are famous for. The most prolific players in the military module would not have been in National Guard and they definitely wouldn't have been in Training Corp. save for a few officers maybe. So the split did allow more players to join politics.

Yes I understood the complement and you are correct I am a take no prisoners kind of person, my belief is you should be strong both physically and mentally and you must live your life with honor. All other things come from being and honorable citizen, the corrupt underhanded citizens may win and currently Congress on the eUS Forums; but in defeat I know I have been honorable.
