Even though you are pissed off with the outcome of the Battle for Sofia you need to consider the offer of the Romanian President very seriously.

Here is why:

Should you refuse to sign the proposed contract we will have no other choice but to hold your country under occupation until after January 25th.

After January 25th your Congress will be dead. This means we will be able to get Bulgarian citizenship automatically.

We will put you back on the map and we will take absolute control over your Presidency and over your Congress. Once we do that we will vote:

1. The citizen fee to be 1 leva;

2. The minimum wage to be 30 leva;

3. All the taxes to be 50%;

4. The President's message (the first thing a players sees after registering) to be in Romanian language.

The 4 measures listed above will guarantee:

1. No Bulgarian company will be able to survive because of the taxes and high minimum wage;

2. The only companies who will survive will be the Romanian-operated ones because they will get the taxes back from the state. Those companies will offer no job to any Bulgarian "baby";

3. The 1 leva citizen fee will not allow any "baby" to survive - no job, no food to buy, the moving tickets will be too expenisive so the baby won't be able to move either.

4. No clone master will be able to "help" you with multi-accounts because it would be very expensive to keep alive clones when you need to pay them wages of 30 leva every day while your clone-farm does not receive the taxes back.

In other words, we will permanently kill any baby-boom you may have, just like the Theocrats are successfully killing the South Korean one.

Bulgaria will still be on the map, but as a puppet-country forever controlled by us.

We have nothing personal with you. We would prefer not to put in practice the plan listed above. But we can not allow a hostile nation at our southern border.

Phoenix betrayed you. Your leaders were not smart enough to chose cooperation with EDEN instead of being an enemy of EDEN. It's time for you to reconsider your options. We're already on January 11th. January 25th is not that far away.

Oh, you may say to yourselves: "But hey, we have Varna now!" Indeed you have it. But any attack on us will result in repeating Sofia. After which the scenario presented above will be put into action.

We can forget the past and be friends from now on or you can chose otherwise. The choice is all yours.
