Good evening,
First of all allow me to express my deepest regrets towards the chain of events that brought to the dissappearance of Bulgaria as a country. It was never our intent to get to this, and it wasn't in Bulgaria or Romania's benefit that the things ended up as they did.
A little history
Around one month ago, our president (Adiemus) and I made a suggestion towards the bulgarian president to allow us passage through Bulgaria towards Turkey. We offered to support the DoW costs, attack costs, RW costs in order to get your regions back, even pay any infrastructure that we might have damage due to our passage. It would've been a short (less than 3 days) change of territories, without any damage to Bulgaria or the bulgarian people.
Your president's decision was to deny that passage, not betraying your allies - and we respected a man's will to stay next to his friends in their hours of need (?). However, we needed a passage to Turkey and Bulgaria was the only way, and you know the events that followed. Your allies "adviced" you to attack Romania in its homeland, as well as Greece, a country that never attacked you or manifested any hostility towards Bulgaria. The same allies that guaranteed you full support abandoned you when you were no longer useful to their purpose, which led to the complete anihilation of Bulgaria. That's how much you could count on the people that brought you in this situation and which you trusted until the last second.
You are not the first and probably not the last to enjoy this type of treatment. Slovenia and Germany were "helped" in the same way, and France is soon to follow. It's just the Phoenix's way of treating it's "allies"
Our offer
As mentioned before, we have no interest in Bulgaria or bulgarian teritorries. Bulgaria should be back to its old self as a country, and the small baby-boom that you experienced should be managed properly, in your lands, with your press and your ways to greet the newcomers.
That being said, Romania :
- will not fight in any RW that Bulgaria will open in the next days in its initial territories of Burgas, Vidin, Ruse, Sofia, Plovdiv, in this order, and we will use our army to fight for the release of the bulgarian territories, if necessary;
- will not declare war or attack Bulgaria, affect their economy, military or politics in the next 3 months;
if Bulgaria :
- will not try to liberate the province of Plovdiv in the next 10 days;
- will not declare war on Romania or try to affect our economy, military or politics in the next 3 months;
To sum it up, we offer you all your teritorries back in the next days, and Plovdiv in a week's time (as it is required for our further advance towards Turkey).
You can choose this way, or the hard way - declaring war on Romania, trying to liberate the regions in 1 vs. 1 wars vs Romania or RWs - and both us and you know the chances of succes for that. You will be fighting alone, without MPPs, against one of the biggest nations in eRepublik, with one of the best armies and gold to spare, and your chances of winning back the territories are more than slim. It will take weeks, maybe months, and in this time the bulgarian players and babies will slowly quit the game.
I am sure your Phoenix allies (the same ones that didn't give a rat's arse about Bulgaria's fate in the last days) would prefer that you would rather choose the hard way. But maybe it's time to think at what's best for Bulgaria and your people, than do what they think it would be better for them. Because doing what's best for others brought you here in the first place.
A link to this article was sent to your president, and as soon as he agrees to a written contract stating the above, bringing back Bulgaria to the eWorld can start - and we sure hope you will make the right choice this time.

Nu prea inteleg de ce suntem noi p!@#$ si ne e mila de bulgari. Chiar asa suntem de rasul curcilor si ne gandim la binele tuturor dar mai putin al nostru? La fel ati facut si cu polonezii pe care i`a durut drept in... de noi cand am fost atacati de unguri. Am inceput tot felul de campanii de intrajutorare a bebelusilor lor cand de ai nostrii nu prea se ocupa nimeni.
Si acum ce castigam daca ii lasam in pace? in afara de faptul ca dovedim ca suntem fraieri si ii lasam pe toti sa ne calce in picioare.
Banuiesc ca rationamentul este sa ii rupi de Phoenix. Dar chiar crezi Andyr ca lui garabeda si zarzavagiilor le va pasa de "prietenia" noastra? Asa cum au atacat Grecia [o tara care nu le`a facut nimic dupa cum ai spus si tu] o sa ne atace din nou, mai ales ca sunt frustrati ca le`am stricat borcanele de zacusca.
Iar goldul si lucratorii bulgari - 2800 din Sofia, 5-600 din Varna si Plovdiv ar putea f bine sa fie exploatati de statul roman.
Hai sa nu mai fim fraieri si sa fim umiliti si in joc cum suntem in viata reala pt ca nu avem sira spinarii.
Hai sa schimbam mentalitatea de sclav pe care o avem in RL...
Cel putin daca decizia de a elibera Bulgaria are anumite motivatii care nu pot fi facute publice spune asa. As prefera sa aud asta decat faptul ca merita si castravetii sa traiasca liber.

@Garabeda, it's a pity that a president thinks more about hungarian and serbian interests than about the interest of his own people. Even in the comments above some people are "accusing" me due to a "too-good-to-be-true offer".
I thought you are more mature than that and that you care more about the bulgarians, than about the Phoenix-loving bunch that's around your leadership. Have it your way , the only ones that will suffer are the average bulgarian player/just-born baby.

Garabeda has a tradition of being against ATLANTIS/EDEN. It is very hard for him to say yes. So we understand. In addition he has already a lot of President Medals so he is not in need for another one. From his point of view everything is fine and dandy.
Still bulgarian people could think different. We are neighbours, we don't have anything against them. They are a small but courageous country. And we respect them! They deserve better than actual ex-President can bring to them.
One way or the other Bulgaria we'll be back on the map.
Even if this peace attempt will fail, I think it is very important that this article existed in the first place. Nothing is eternal in politics or war Maybe something in the Bulgarian and the Romanian stance will change after-wards..

Ei bine a fost - Bulgaria secunde în urmă în cele din urmă a capitulat.

Iată o întreb ce viitorul cetăţenilor români:
va funcţiona?
Ce zici de companii?
plăti în euro va rămâne acolo?
Parlament / Preşedintele / părţile îşi va menţine aşa?
Care este planul de eliberare?

De lucru va fi. Companiile continua să lucreze. Salarii continuă să fie plătite în levs BG. Diferenţa este că nicăieri firme vor trebui să-şi vândă produsele lor, cu excepţia cazului în care le cumpără o licenţă pentru România / Serbia. Pentru România nu. Pentru Serbia, în luna mai. Deci, angajatorii au nevoie de la fondurile de stoc pentru salarii.
În cazul în care angajatorul nu poate plăti salariul tau poate părăsi locul de muncă şi luaţi o român / compania sârbă - ar primi banii respectivi. Va achizitiona român / Piaţa sârbă cu români / sârbă aţi câştigat bani de la locul de muncă sau de schimb de aur.
Parlamentul nu vor fi salvate, preşedintele va rămâne după restaurare a statului.
Planul include ridicarea de răscoale de eliberare din Serbia, şi Serbia va ataca România Vidin si Sofia, după care vom reveni ei la noi. Vestea bună este că România şi Grecia va fi activat de alianţe împotriva noastră după scoaterea noastră din carte, astfel încât după recuperare, ne va fi mai uşor să apere de la un posibil atac cu privire la România.
Când va osvobdim - cât mai curând posibil. Poate că Bulgaria va fi un eRepublik carte de mai puţin de 24 de ore.
Până atunci - să lucreze în timp ce aveţi posibilitatea de a lupta numai în războaie noastre. Atunci când în România nu se va bate (cu excepţia cazului în răscoale de eliberare). Când vi se luptă împotriva Serbiei sau România să lupte de partea eliberatorilor (RED), în răscoale bulgară în regiunile ocupate.

You know, guys... I'm new to this game, but I'm starting to think that Bulgaria is the victim of international interests even here. Again, we fight not for our own good, but for the good of our leaders and their allies. This article sounds very reasonable and if the leaders of my nation don't accept it, I'll be really surprised. As far as I see it, if we don't accept, we are either to dumb and stubborn or there is something more to our and your intentions that I don't know about.
I do not agree with this "kindness" and a lot of e-romanians don't especially after reading those "wise man" comments! They should stay under our occupation as long as we can keep them and than counquer them again (forever will be good)
