I'm bored so you lot are going to get the brunt of my utter boredom...

Firstly, I know there are concerns that young first time senators are just being thrown into the deep end. Rightly so it is an issue that the Government must look at and perhaps kick start old courses that educated our new senators...but for me the heart of the matter lies at the door of the party Presidents.

I have been very surprised how quiet the political scene is in eAustralia recently, I mean you have a party just three members off the automatic senate running positions within the top five and yet I never see articles from them. I don't see much from the party that is close to the drop zone either. Still facts remain that candidates represent their parties in senate and so for me all PP's should at least ensure their fledgelings are either well versed in the workings of senate or have a support structure in place so that the new senator has a friendly and approachable ear to bend in times of doubt. In the eUK there was one party that insisted all their candidates attend an hour long IRC educational course, is that the way forward?

Lets not forget that it is Senate that has access to Citizenship passes and can scupper diplomacy with allied and unfriendly nations as quickly as they can propose a rogue Natural enemy status...so yes we really need to start a full debate this important issue and how Government and party Presidents can work together to solve this problem...



Also the future of the ADF has been mapped out by our outgoing Country President, I mean no disrespect but as the elections are less than a week away I stand by my comment. Anyway you can read them here and leave an abusive comment if you wish...or take part in the debate but it's your decision.
Personally I think a national military unit supporting divisions 1&2 is the way forward.

Can I just add that at this moment in time we are being brushed aside by Indonesia in Victoria, so please direct your dame to our friends in New Zealand. Lets pool our damage and make sure we repay the grand gesture they made by cutting their close ties to CoT countries and coming to our aid...lets not allow FYROM a region in our hemisphere and join in the fight HERE
