Anarchy, is not a government... it is a philosophy of ignorance, and a hymn of stupidity, Anarchy promotes that the strongest rule over the weak and eventually it turns into guess what? Dictatorship... the worst government of all, it is all in favor of the leader while the people suffer again, then when Anarchy rises again the population declines, economy crumbles and everyone wants protection and the strongest once again rises to become the new leader and forms guess what? GOVERNMENT, Anarchy lasts like a couple months at its best, then government takes over.

Actually, anarchy is not total disorder...there are several types of anarchy...Capitalist, Socialist, Syndicalist...basically, it says that Government itself is wrong, so you might have a direct-democracy style rule, or something else along those lines.
