Dear eAustralian Citizens:

In this series of articles I will outline to you my policies on various key issues. At the end of the series, the announcement on my cabinet will be made, with a departmental structure for clarity.

Military
By far my strong point, I plan on bringing our military into a new age of maturity and efficiency. This PDF document outlines the basics of how I plan on running the military - in essence we will no longer be determining where you go in our military based on strength and landlock status, we will also be determining where you go based on activity. Many members are turned off being a part of the military due to the requirements of role call, with this system you can choose to be as active as you want to be. My cabinet will contain a position purely for enacting these changes, and I would like to jump the gun on announcing William Shafer as the person who will be making those changes.

As well as the structural changes, I will be making some changes in regards to the general procedure within the military, as well as our command/control structure. The details of this will be kept largely in private as I work with the various military leaders.

Education and Welfare
One of the major things I would like to enforce under my leadership is that there are no free rides. It is not the government's place to provide free food and gifts, nor is it our place to lose money on training companies. We have an industry that is more than happy to fill skill 0 positions, and a lot of charities that are willing to help out younger players.

In line with this, I will be creating a position of &quot😉irector of Alternative Welfare", who is in charge of directing any requests for aid to various organisations. My Department of Education will ensure that nobody goes without aid, and that almost nobody needs aid with the correct information.
