Peace proposal
The netherlands got their region back, therefore we want this war to end. Thus we can end the ongoing war by voting for peace.

- The Netherlands needs to vote another country NE

- Both countrys need to initiate a peace proposal that is accepted by both congresses

- When the NE is gone and both their PP and our PP has been accepted, the war ends.
