Austria has gone through tough times lately, with countries totally wiping us, with 60% of our congress being PTO'd, and so on.
In short, we know what it is like to be neutral, and that's why we now, that we regained our congress, want to help those countries who want to stay neutral, which is not accepted by other countries.

Now Slovakia is fighting to create their country of dreams; The Czechoslovakian empire.
They don't do this with your approval, though.
They are attacking your last region, your hospital region.
That is the time for us to act.
Today, eAustria sent, and will send, soldiers over to help you.
Though small, we will do what we can, and help how we can, to maintain your independence and stand with you.
As long as you don't approve of the idea of fusionizing, we will help you stay independent.
