Ignore it. It's a bug.
(2) Regarding the law proposal by Mucomstre: I voted for it because, sadly, the ATS has lost half of its value and it is only reasonable to adjust the minimum wage accordingly. At the same time, please do not submit any additional law proposals without parliamentary discussion. A new Congress forum is in the works by Erwin, which is necessary because the admin of the old forum (Dierre) has passed away.
(3) You will have received this alert:
"At the moment, there are no job offers for new citizens in your country (skill between 0 and 0.99). Providing jobs for your fellow citizens will help your country growth!"
Q1 company owners: please post some skill 0 job offers. If it doesn't happen by tomorrow we will have to post offers in the government companies, which are currently inactive.

A very new alert tells us there are no jobs to be had either. Methinks the dev team did not squish all of the bugs.
