[ARS] Return of the King

Dear friends, foes and my loyal subjects,

after my abdication few years ago, I've been forced into an exile. I was even presumed to be dead. Years have passed and I was in seclusion contemplating my choices. I left my beloved eSwitzerland in the hands of Regent Council with my uncle Rican in charge of it. There was no suitable heir and Switzerland was torned back into democratic chaos once more. When I saw that, I've made it my goal to come back. The butchers of old Monarchy are long gone and now the time is right. Time to restore the glory of old Swiss Kingdom!



This time it won't be an absolute monarchy, the way it was the last time. Now I proclaim that every Swiss citizen has the right to vote and parliamentary monarchy is our new official form of govern. I will exclude myself from government and the regent (CP) is in charge. In order to maintain some kind of a support, I've decided to rebuild an old and glorious party known as Alliance Royale Suisse. Royalist forces shall unite under one banner and pledge their allegiance to the Cantons and the King.



I invite every proper Swiss citizen that is a true loyalist of the Monarchy to join ARS. Together we will work on implementing new ideas, all in order of prosperity of eSwitzerland. Therefore, I humbly ask you to private message me or the Regent and you will be granted with an audience with any of us. We will work in your favour and we will do anything we can to solve your possible issues. Now comes the official Declaration.



DECLARATION

With this declaration I announce rebirth of eSwiss Kingdom (also known as Kingdom of Cantons). I place my right to the throne of Mountains and Cow antlers. I declare current eSwiss Country president, Emperor of Switzerland, my Right Hand and Regent. I declare other lords to be as follows:

Emperor of Switzerland, hereby I grant you the titles – Lord of Lugano, Lord Paramount of Svizzera Italiana, Warden of the South, Hand of the King, Regent and Protector of the Realm

Rican, hereby I grant you titles- Lord of Zürich, Lord Paramount of Deutschschweiz, Warden of the North, Paramount Knight, Member of the Regent Council

Tim Buctu, hereby I grant you titles – Lord of Geneva, Lord Paramount of Romandie, Warden of the West

Vincent Rekdal, hereby I grant you titles – Lord of Chur, Lord Paramount of Graubunden, Warden of the East

I declare the city of Bern a capital of the Cantons.

All current members of ARS I proclaim to be the Lords of the Royal Court.

All other minor lords shall be elected by the power I invest in Lord Paramounts.
