[APP] Congratulations Flatty, Party Presidency and the Return of a Mentor

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW PRESIDENT
Firstly I offer my congratulations to Flatty, our new Country President, I hope your term is productive for our nation. I’m stunned that eAustralia has lurched from right-wing revolution to left-wing revolution without bloodshed, and still a little amazed that an eCommunist president was supported by the right-wing revolutionaries, but that’s eRep for you.
When I was new to the game I remember a conversation on IRC with Flatty. He warned me to be careful, to play it cool and ignore the trolls. At the time he sounded jaded, tired and sick of politics. Flatty, I’m glad you stuck it out and claimed the highest office in the land, just reward for your perseverance.
THE APP PARTY PRESIDENCY IS NOW OPEN
I have enjoyed a fantastic 2 months as APP Party President, I really appreciate the faith that the membership have put in me to lead the party. Unfortunately this term I disappeared for a few weeks due to unexpected RL issues. We have lost 9 members this term, and have dropped in ranking from third to sixth. This is simply not acceptable and I take full responsibility. For this reason I will not be contesting the position of APP Party President this term, instead I will work hard for whoever the members select and try to prove myself.
Fortunately the APP is full of active people ready to take up the challenge. We already have 2 candidates with m.a.x.i and the surprise candidature of Marcos Arolia. m.a.x.i is already a big contributor the APP leadership team and deserves a shot.
THE RETURN OF A MENTOR
When I first started playing this game there was one person in particular who took me under their wing and gave me advice, kept challenging me to be better and supported me every step of the way. That person was Marcos Arolia. Arolia had some unfortunate RL issues that has kept him out of the game for a while, but what a surprise it was to see his name appear in the list of Party Presidential candidates for this term.

APP stands for the simple, basic principles of good governance, transparency and democracy. We’re not revolutionary, we’re not radicals, just people who want to see eAustralia continue to punch above our weight and to succeed despite the odds being stacked against us.

On the Note of Right Wing, ARP is only right wing, because of something Chris Carnage put in an article with a chart of a cluster a center, ACP at far left, and Far right was empty so I said "this makes me want to go far right." he dared me too, so ARP has been far right ever since.
