[Announcement] It seems that Japan decide not to renew the agreement

To all of the friends and citizens of RoC, we start our attacking on Shikoku a few minutes ago, the main reason is it's part of our determination reduction plan.

And according to the last agreement between RoC and Japan, we should release Shikoku immediately after we occupied it.

But I'm sorry to tell that Japanese government seems don't want to renew it anymore.

I sent the message to their CP at the first day I was elected, and get the reply a few days later.

They said they are willing to resign it, but they wish to change some condition.

And I told them, please let me know which part you want to change, then no reply ever since.

Therefore, I consider it as a sign that Japanese government don't want to renew the agreement and RoC will occupied Shikoku till the CP of next month agree to renew the agreement, or Japanese government contact me and tell me exactly which part of the agreement they wish to change before 2429, then renew it before 2430
