While I was writing this article, I was trying to come up with some flashy, awesome looking article describing why I’m the right choice for the AMP PP job. But flashy has never been what I'm about.

So what will I talk about in this article? My experience in both the party and in the government. In the end, my job is to tell you why I’m the right choice for AMP PP. No trying to convince you, or present you with quotes from some awesome friends. At the end of the day, the decision is yours and I'll leave my experience and beliefs to stand for themselves.



So what is my experience?

Government:

AMP Party:

Former Fed PP

So why would I make for a good PP?

No matter what aspect I take on, I work tirelessly to improve it. During my term as Fed PP, we had all sorts of issues as a party. We had issues with our forums, department Directors and even our relationship with EZC.

That experience helped me to learn what it means to be a leader. My RL work experience as a Training & Safety Manager have also helped me to achieve goals I set for myself and the party.

As a player and leader, I've always felt that the success of a party was built on 3 things.

1. A strong Recruitment Department where the efforts aren't tasked to one player (Director) forced to do the work. I'd like to get a nice staff built there, to help our party grow.

2. A strong Retention Department where players have things they can do to relax and have fun. The political realm is a fun place for those who are interested in it but it can also be tiring. Because of that, programs are needed to let off some steam and have a good time. Games, activities, writing contests, etc. are what we're looking for.

3. And probably the most important to me, has always been education. I know the AMP had an education program at one time, and I would love to bring it back for our young players. I'd like to develop a system so that players can learn the game around them easily without it being overwhelming. I'd like to also bring back the Mentor program with the assistance from some of AMP Leadership. Helping young players learn and grow should be paramount for AMPs because they are the future Recruiting and Media Directors and Party Presidents...and maybe CP...no pressure though...
